Andre, my salesman was so informative. I felt like I was legitimately being walked through the car purchasing process. The entire staff was very helpful I was constantly checked on to make sure I was comfortable during the process and I am very happy I bought my car at Gerald Kia of Naperville, it felt very right to do.

Great customer service by Kamen

Kamen was very kind and patient. He was very informative/ detailed. He did great in meeting us with our monthly payment. He made my dad and myself feel very comfortable during the whole process. I will definitely continue doing business with this dealership mainly because of the great experience with Kamen.

Nice Car Buying Experience

I was greeted by your salesperson Chyma when I came in, and he was very friendly and accommodating. He asked what I was looking for in my new vehicle, and I shared with him what I wanted. He immediately told me that a vehicle that had those things had just shown up today (Kia Seltos) and I could look at it. I looked at it and was very impressed. We took a test drive and Chyma was very good about explaining all of the features of the car, and answering any questions I had. The whole car buying experience was a pleasant one.

Hate recalls, but love Gerald Kia Naperville Staff

The staff is great! I've been going there many years and absolutely trust everything Theresa says. (so much so, I travel 40 miles from home to the specific dealer)
