The lounge area was very nice and clean!

The lounge area was very nice and clean! The tv with the updates on your car was super he'll as you knew who was working on it and when they started. They explained in detail what each charge would be for and about how long it would take. They also clean you car and fill all your fluids just because

I currently have an engine recall on my 2017 Kia.

I currently have an engine recall on my 2017 Kia. Although I went to the dealership to have a different matter addressed, I asked if they could fix the engine recall. The representative advised that they could not. They could only address it when the engine has completely gone out. This is very frustrating because any previous recall's I've had on my car, I was unable to leave the dealership until it was fixed. However, since I now have an engine recall, they are choosing not to address it. The purpose of a recall is because something is unsafe, defective and violates laws in some form or another. The fact that they refused to address this recall and now I'm placed in a position where hopefully my engine does not fail is unacceptable. This situation has shown Kia in a state of reactive versus proactive. I truly hope that my engine doesn't go out, but in the event it does I have to be inconvenienced because Kia neglected this address this matter.

Luke was extremely helpful and informed me of exact costs in advance of the work. He also helped when I had an issue with the timing of the shuttle and went above and beyond to make sure I had transportation.
