Consumers DON'T make the same mistake I made and other

Consumers DON'T make the same mistake I made and other consumers made by purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Look A Bad review is one thing as things happen. However when you have multiple BAD reviews something is very wrong. they post several good reviews AFTER a customer gives a bad review to drown out the bad reviews. I have no reason to post this OTHER Than to WARN you Not to buy from these crooked people AND I 🙏 you have a mechanic check your vehicle BEFORE you make that purchase. Remember the salesman doesn't sell you the car, the finance manager makes that decision and that guy is SNEAKY as they come. Again DO YOUR HOMEWORK you'll be GLAD you did. Hi consumers. One bad review is never a good thing. However multiple BAD reviews are a sign DO Not BUY from these CROOKS. Oh by the way they post 5 star reviews AFTER a customer posts a bad review. I'm asking you to DO your homework and DO NOT buy from these people. Read, Read, Read. This many bad reviews should enlighten you. The finance manager Doug is very, very Sneaky, watch every move HE makes. I have NO reason to post this OTHER Than to try and keep you from being cheated. Do yourself a favor Please and go somewhere else 🙏.

As a first-time car buyer, I did extensive research as well as visit several dealerships in multiple different areas. Becks auto group stood out and by far gave the best overall experience without the hassle of a typical used car dealer. Sam and Doug made the process informative, transparent, and professional. I drove my car off their lot a month ago and could not be happier with its performance and use. There was some miscommunication with my trade in but nothing to diminish my overall experience. I recommend their services for anyone in the used car market.

Simply the Best!! Love my new Lexus RX 350

Kenny is the best!! Kenny answered the phone with I called about my now new car. I purchased my Lexus RX 350 from Becks. From the moment Kenny answered the phone, he has been top notch. I received a text from Kenny this morning following up. Simply the best. He's kind, considerate and honest. I received EXACTLY what I wanted!! He went above and beyond. I wish my husband was as attentive as Kenny! Kenny needs to have a class!!! He's amazing

Kenny is a low key salesperson great to work with. He made the shopping experience painless, found a problem when inspecting the car, they repaired with no qualms, took one hour to finalize deal sign papers and leave

I was not treated fairly at bets in Mason I would

For the night I bought a nice vehicle from bets in Mason the backup mirror camera was not working properly I'll return I call that next day and told them I took it back they were supposed to have fixed it but they didn't I took it back again it stayed there four days and it still is not fixed I am very upset with these people cuz I didn't have no money to give away I thought that was a nice dealership and that they were going to be right and they're wrong

GREAT DEALERSHIP/ GREAT PRICES

Bought a 2017 Malibu from Alex today, and he and the finance manager were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The whole process was seamless and stress free! Would recommend buying from them 10/10. Thanks again for a quick and easy process.
