We purchased a pre-owned Volvo and Vernon was our sales associate. We are very happy with everything! Thank you and we will be purchasing again from... those dealership!
Love the car! They gave me a price fair to market value. Service was amazing and no pressure sale. Worked with me every step. Thank you for a great experience!
The sales team here we're super helpful and attentive. Our sales person Chris was super paitent while we test drove 8 different cars. Head sales rep John... was able to get us the loan with a great APR. We will definitely be back to Beck's Auto Group when we're in the market for another car.
This dealership conceals vehicle history and sells damaged, unsafe cars as accident-free, and for much more than they are actually worth. It’s impossible... to make an informed decision before buying a car from them. Total scam artists.
Where do I begin? I was in the process of buying my 2007 Audi S4 over the internet with Beck's. They told me that everything was perfect with the vehicle(I... have all the emails for reference). All maintenance, recalls, and issues were done before the point of sale. So, I ended up buying the car and had it delivered to me in Texas. It was a nightmare when I got the car off the delivery truck. The car was overfilled with oil, both parking lights were out, passenger headlight assembly was broken($1,600 to replace before inspection and registration), car looked keyed on one side, passenger seat back was hanging from the seat, a vacuum hose was split, trunk leaks water, spare tire was showing cords all the way around, three wheels had scuffing, and the steering wheel controls don't work. Needless to say, I had to spend about $2,000 before I could even get the car registered and on the road. I was lied to by this "company," but was told that they couldn't do anything to help me. I even spoke with the owner multiple times. He told me that he would send an invoice of all the work that was done to the car in an email. I got a typed up list of what was done, so I'm not even sure the work was done. If I would've known beforehand, I wouldn't have bought the car. I was without a car for two months, because of this company. I hope people will consider my review before buying from Beck's auto group. Completely and irreversibly dissatisfied. Will never reference, or do business ever again.
Had a great experience here. When I popped the hood to take a look during my test drive timeframe I noticed the battery had some corrosion at the connectors,... typical amount for having sat outside for a little bit without being driven. Any used car place you go, you are buying as is, but the car started ok both times that day and I figured it would last until I could get it to my mechanic on the weekend. I wasn't able to take it home that day as I had borrowed a vehicle to get there, but they were very accommodating on parking overnight so I signed, took the keys and planned to come back the next day. When I got there the next day, it wouldn't start. I hadn't asked my ride to wait as they had things to get to, so I was about 45 mins from home and family. I asked for a jump, knowing there was no obligation since I had already signed and taken responsibility for the car. (That really is how it works, folks.) They jumped the car, and then asked if I could wait inside for a bit. I was confused, but then they offered for their mechanic to take a second look at it. They changed out the battery and cleaned up my connectors, no charge, I didn't even ask them to, they offered, and all well after I had already bought the car. I have driven the car for about 3 weeks further at the time of leaving this review and had zero problems. Huge thank you to Alex and the entire team there.
Hardly budged on advertised price ($150.00). Wouldn’t allow us to see vehicle on rack. Wouldn’t give any info on repairs or maint done to vehicle while... in their possession. Bought the car anyway due to extensive search with no other vehicle that met our needs. 2 miles down the highway, check engine light comes on. I scanned the code and it’s a small evap leak. So I cleared the code and it came back 2 weeks later. I realize it’s not a huge deal but I’m sure the dealership knew this was happening and didn’t disclose it. A week later we notice spots on the brand new cement driveway at home. Again I’m sure the dealership knew of this and wiped down everything they could to keep it from showing drips on the undercarriage being that it took weeks to show on the driveway. Or it could all be just a huge coincidence. NOT!
We worked with Alex (our salesman) and Jack (finance manager). Both were great...honest, helpful and straightforward. And the cars they have are really... impressive. It's very obvious that they are selective about the cars that they choose to sell. The next time that we need a car, we will definitely start at Becks's!
Great experience and best customer service is our goal at Becks, Please comeback and see us for you automotive needs. Thank you!
I had a pretty bad experience trying to buy a car at this place. First, I set up an appointment via text to look at the car. I even texted about an hour... before I arrived to tell them I would be late and asked if the car could still be test driven. They responded that it could be. When I arrived, as soon as I walked in, a salesman at a desk looked me up and down and then ignored me. I stood there, and eventually told him that I was there for a test drive. He told me the car had been sold that morning. No apology for making me drive all the way there to see a car that had been sold. No offer to help or show me other cars. It was crystal clear he didn't want to help me - but worst off, he was unpleasant, and incredibly condescending to me. I asked to see the manager. They had another salesman help me who tried to sell me a car I told him multiple times I wasn't interested. Buying a car is stressful enough. And this was the first time in my life where I can honestly say that I was probably treated this way because I walked in - a woman alone. It's a sad day when you realize you needed "a man" to accompany someplace just to be taken seriously. It's their loss, I guess, because I was motivated to buy that day.
Used the contact us form on their website about a blue 2012 Audi A4. Janee the director at becks auto group contacted me saying The vehicle is part of... their spring fling sales even and is currently available. They made me an appointment from 4:45 to 5:15 and told me to ask for Anna. After fighting Cincinnati rush hour traffic for two hours I finally arrive. I go in and ask for Anna and she’s on the phone. Stood outside her office for about 5 minutes and could tell it wasn’t a business call. So a sales guy sitting at his desk asks me if he could grab the keys to the vehicle. I told him sure the blue 2012 Audi A4. He goes back for a few minutes and comes back saying they aren’t back there that he’ll ask the other sales guys. So I go out to walk the lot until they are found. He comes out after about 10-15 minutes saying the vehicle isn’t there that it’s at the paint shop getting a scratched fixed and that they are trying to contact the painters to see if they could get the vehicle back. Ok so I asked the sales guy what other comparable vehicles they had in the price range. He didn’t know saying they go through so many vehicles a month they can’t keep track. So I walk the lot again looking for comparable vehicles. Didn’t find anything I liked so I asked how long until the blue a4 will be here. He says let’s go inside and I’ll call them again. We go inside and he makes a few phone calls and tells me the painters are not answering the owners calls and that they and a car wash guy was going to go there and see about picking it up and that it would be 20-30 minutes until they could go. I said don’t worry about it and left. No one at Becks know what’s going on or even what vehicles they have. And would business would do business with a business that don’t return phone calls. There is something shady going at at this dealership. Stay away.
Nothing shady going on at this dealership, sometime some things just will not go as planned and we are sorry that you had this experience with us. Tha...nk you!!!
