DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLATTNER FORD OF LABELLE! They’ll take your money and show nothing for it!! Story time, so May of 2024 I was looking to order a new Ranger Raptor. I saw that LaBelle Ford (Plattner) had 1 allotment for an order so I decided to bring my business there. We agreed on the specs on the truck and a sale and I gave them my $500.00 deposit to have it ordered. The Salesmen told me it would take about 8 months to have built. The 8 months comes around and I hear nothing from them so I call Stephen the sales manager to check on it, he knows nothing so if it but says he’ll call back with an update. Again I hear nothing from them no call backs but life gets busy. Finally 12 months goes by and it’s May 2025, surely it must be finished or close to being finished by now it’s 4 months past the expected time frame. I call and talk to Stephen the sales manager again, he proceeds to tell me that they use a middle man” to take the orders and have them sent to Ford to be built but guess what, they NEVER SENT THE BUILD INTO FORD!!!!!! So LaBelle Ford took MY MONEY in good will to have a truck built that I waited a year for and was NEVER even ordered. On top of that Stephen said it should take 7-10 business days to get my money back. It’s now July and the new sale manager Jason Katz has done NOTHING to get my money back to me and can’t even reply to an email. PITIFUL! I’ve made a complaint with Ford corporate, buyer please do not do business with this dealership they operate with bad business practices and business ethics.

Bought a new Escape which is nice, but dealership is not!

Bought a new Escape which is nice, but dealership is not!! Had problems with canceling extended warranty that took over six weeks to resolve. Was not offered Ford credit or Ford extended warranty?? Stupidly accepted their advice that Chase bank and Fidelity Warranty Services were good alternatives. Refinanced at our credit union (took a year off our payments and saved thousands in interest). Buying a car there was a very bad deal for us. Wish we had looked at their ratings and gone to a Ford dealer that cares about their customers and products. Their manager, Jason stopped returning my phone calls. I am in complete agreement with the Yelp comment "Run!, don't walk away from this dealership"!! Worst car buying experience of our lives.

They do not seem to care and the prices change

They do not seem to care and the prices change frequently. I believe they start pricing below market and once they get foot traffic they start increasing the price. Would not recommend

Great team.

Great team. Jason and Chris are the most honest and trustworthy people. Keep up the good work. Dealerships are normally a headache and makes car buying regrettable. If you’re in a looking for a vehicle check these guys out. You won’t be disappointed.

Inquired about a new Expedition, a Denise reached out but

Inquired about a new Expedition, a Denise reached out but no contact after. I finally just went there as I'm not far away. Nonchalant response from Denise. Looked at the one that I was interested in, went into officer and cut to the chase and also showed a valid offer on the same exact equipped Expedition in Tampa. Was off by several thousand, laughed and left. I never did get my registration back, forgot to return when looking at the trade. Had to reach out to manager to finally get a picture so I could drive legit. Bought the Expedition on 11/16, the Expedition is still there as of today. Laughed at commercial that states they will beat ANY offer in the state or they'll give you $500! Yea right!

Found a truck online that was priced competitively, asked

Found a truck online that was priced competitively, asked for my trade in value and they quoted me more than $5k less than the two trusted trade in value sources being KBB and Carfax. I asked why they were giving me wholesale for my truck but charging retail for theirs and they claimed couldn’t come anywhere close to that since some trucks were retailing at the KBB and CarFax values. unfortunately for them, when they provided a buyers order their “max offer” for trade in was $2K lower than their “suggested KBB value”. Moral of the story, they are undervalueing trade ins and over valuing their vehicles. No way they’re serious about customer service. Beware.

I had the pleasure to Deal with Yanel sanchez the sales

I had the pleasure to Deal with Yanel sanchez the sales woman. very nice and knowledgeable lady. But Jason Kranz the biggest liar, cheat, dishonest, incompetent worthless person that I had to deal with. After I purchased a 2020 Mkz. that only had one fob and a bypass key that dint work Jason contacted a mobile lock smith , that for $150.00 did program a new Fob. Unfortunately the lock smith couldn't cut the bypass key because was not the right one and did not have any more key, but promidsed after he got paid that he would supply one in the next few days and the Jason promised to mail me the key. after multiple attempt to contact them Jason, Yanel and the Managers they kept and provide excuse after excuse. It is now been over 40 days and I never received anything from this dealership. This post will go out to all my followers on social media has I promised them after I gave the an ultimatum date which was August 31st. This is the most dishonest dealership that i encountered in my life time to all my friend and followers stay away from this dealership period
