Everything was 5 star service!

Everything was 5 star service! From the moment we met Josh, our salesman to the firm handshake I received from him on the way out, we felt like we were being treated like friends! I would refer anyone to do business with MAC for their next vehicle repair.

If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give negative stars I would. I searched for a pickup for a little over a month before I came across the one I purchased in February 2024. Made an appointment to test drive it on a Friday. Got there and went to start the truck and nothing happened. It wouldn’t start immediately. Salesman came out and flipped the key and it fired right up and drove fine. I was slightly concerned with the starting but it fired up the couple times after the first incident while I was doing my test drive. I got back and let them know I wanted to think on it before I made my decision and was bombarded with “we have so many people interested in it” even though the truck had been listed for the entirety of the month prior that I’d been searching for something. If it was in such a high demand it would’ve been gone sooner. Took the weekend to make my decision and on Monday morning as soon as they opened I let them know I’d like to purchase the truck. I used an outside loan company and received multiple messages throughout a couple hours that Monday asking why my loan company was taking so long. I went in Tuesday morning to sign the paperwork with MAC and again was bombarded with them having so many people interested and they had a few look at it over the weekend which I didn’t believe. The entire time of dealing with the salesmen there, I felt misjudged and mistreated as though a woman cant know about vehicles. I’ve worked in the trades for 7+ years welding and as a diesel mechanic so I feel I know things to ask about. I looked it over and visually it appeared fine and it drove fine on my test drive. They said they had done an oil change on the truck and if that were true, they’d have noticed the ac belt was split in half and chunks missing. The check engine light came on when driving home the day that I purchased it for an O2 sensor. I’m well aware of the concept of “clearing codes” and the vehicle needing driven for the code to come back on. Over time the starting issue got worse and within the second week I’d replaced the ignition switch. 29 days after purchasing, the flex plate has broken and the truck has now been sitting for over 3 weeks unable to be driven. The flex plate explains the starting issue. I’m well aware that used cars are going to have issues, as I’ve purchased MANY used cars. But for an issue like this, I believe wholeheartedly they knew it had an issue and their “no haggle” price was them wanting it gone before someone realized the extent of the issue. I DO NOT recommend this car lot for purchasing anything unless you’re ready to dump thousands more into the vehicle to keep it going like I now have to do. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!

We drove down from Cleveland to meet with Josh and everything he shared with us about the vehicle we came to see was 100% accurate. He did not discourage us from getting the car inspected during our test drive and the results also confirmed that the car did not have any mechanical issues as well. The financing worked out well, everyone we came into contact with were pleasant and we did not feel pressured to purchase the car at all. It's been a week or so since our purchase and so far everything is going smooth. The 7+ hour round-trip drive was definitely worth the investment and I would definitely consider purchasing at this dealership in the future.

Great Service! My process took a little longer and the team was always in communication. Friendly atmosphere both at the dealership and over the phone. I highly recommend Dave and his team.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The workers here- Josh and David - are dishonest and have no integrity. We paid $150 to have a car inspected, negotiated a price, filled out the credit app and drove 3 1/2 hrs the next day to pick up the car. Josh knew we were driving down and texted me at 1:30pm during our trip asking when we would arrive. I replied that we would be there at 3:30p. Then, he called me at 2:59p to tell me that the car was sold while he was on his lunch break- David sold it. If David is the mgr, then he would have been the one who approved our price the day before. We paid $150 to have the car inspected and negotiated a price only a day before we drove down to pick up the car. We operated in good faith. But this terrible business doesn’t and never till . Both Josh and David are not honest and this place doesn't have good business practices. I predict because of the poor quality of the employees, they will be out of business soon.

Worked with Dolphus from the 1st phone call till the deal

Worked with Dolphus from the 1st phone call till the deal was done. Dolphus was great in terms prompt information, and continued keeping in touch with me till the completion of our deal. Thanks for the great job. When i asked for a copy of the carfax, John shot that out to me prompt too. These guys are serious about getting the deal done. Thanks Dolphus for the deal in obtaining the 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan. Definitely exceptional service to work with Dolphus and definitely if I needed a car again, I would look at this place to do it again.
