Excellent car buying experience
We are very happy with our new Subaru Outback purchased from Johnson Subaru. The salesman, Bobby, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the best car to fit our needs while keeping our budget in consideration. I was dreading going through the car buying process, but purchasing from Bobby was a quick and painless process.

Painless experience
Bobby was great and very friendly and outgoing without being annoying. Brian in finance explained everything in detail and answered any questions I may have had. Overall experience was one of my better ones at a dealership.

Great experience
Worked with Bobby Clamage on getting a newer vehicle. i told him the parameters my wife and I had set (Outback of Forrester) we preferred used with Blind spot monitor, cloth seats and no sunroof. Bobby took the time to show me what was available, the difference in models, ect. I then brought my wife up and he went through all of this again with her detailing the safety features. He took the time to answer all of her questions and I was amazed at the thorough knowledge he has of the vehicles. Not once did he have to look anything up or check a manual. He even was able to pull up the Carfax information on his phone to show the history of the vehicle (this car was so new it was not listed on your website) My wife HATES dealing with salesmen which is why she sent me to look for the car in the first place but she was happy to have been able to deal with Bobby. He even asked if I filled out the online test drive form to get the 25.00 Amazon gift card (I did) and had me text him the coupon code (still waiting for that come on bobby! :) ) Could not be happier with the car or the person I dealt with.

A great holiday service experience!
I was going on a trip to the mountains without air conditioning and these folks squeezed me in (another dealer told me I would have to wait another 3 weeks). The Johnson service folks communicated well and clearly before hand. When I arrived this morning each and every staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful (like they were glad I was there ( ;-). And this was on a holiday at that. Oh yeah! A free car wash as well. A well oiled customer service machine. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Bobby was so personable, friendly, and truly had our interests and wants in mind. He got us an AMAZING deal, even better than what I wanted. He worked quickly and efficiently and never made us feel pressured or stupid (like I've been made to feel at other dealers). Everyone at Cary Subaru was so friendly and accommodating to us! I will be doing business with them for a long time!!

Recall
There was recall notice for my 2013 Subaru Impreza. The repair was a big job that could only be done by a master mechanic. The potential for the work was to be up to 4 weeks. The work was done in 11 days. I am very pleased with the work performed at Johnson Subaru.

5 Star service from start to finish
From the time I got out of my car and into my new car, the experience was top notch. Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had all the answers to all my questions and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance guy made it as quick and painless as possible. He explained everything that I was signing before I signed, not many F&I guys would do that. Makenzie was very thorough going over all the features and technology with my new car. I definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to buy a car here!!

Excellent service experience
Yesterday my 2017 Forester would not start - battery failed completely. Called Subaru Roadside Assistance and within 30 minutes I was running after a jump start. I drove directly to Johnson Subaru and arrived an hour before closing. Michael in Service found a technician to take a look at my car right away and they determined the battery had failed and the battery management software needed to be updated. After the new battery was installed and the software updated I was on my way in about 45 minutes. This level of service is beyond anything I have ever experienced and I thank the folks at Johnson Subaru for outstanding customer service.
