Since I first contacted Johnson Subaru everybody was very professional. I had a loaner car available while they worked on the recalled airbag. great coffee and snack, and (Alex ) the service advisor person was very polite and efficient. Very good service.

We came to Johnson Subaru after having had negative experiences with other dealerships. They were phenomenal; highly responsive (without being overbearing), very helpful, and they offered us the best deal. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a humane car buying experience! Cecilia and Robert in particular were terrific, as was the finance person!

I didn’t plan to buy a Subaru. In fact I pulled into the parking lot by accident, but before I could get back in the car, Bobby said hello and asked if I was being helped. He gave me directions to the right parking lot, but also asked what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. His honesty and openness, as willingness to make sure I was getting what I needed, not what he needed to sell, made me like him instantly. He showed us the Crosstrek and engaged both my son, who the car is for, and I in conversation. He knew everything there was to know. His knowledge was incredible. By the time we were done with our test drive I knew I’d be buying this car. I just needed the price to be right. Bobby helped with that too. I love this new car. I am thankful that Bobby was there at just the right time. I will be back to Subaru when I’m ready for a new car for myself and I will absolutely be asking for Bobby.

Alex, my service rep. was such a pleasure to work with. I loved everything about this dealership and how they treat their clients. I live in Raleigh, but I opted for Johnson Subaru of Cary instead of Southern States Subaru, wise decision!

Buying a new car is usually so painful with lots of pressure and endless hours with the finance folks. Johnson was no pressure and without the typical sales tactics. I was not pressured and got what I wanted and only what I wanted. The car I wanted was not on their lot and they went the extra effort to find me one at another dealer and have it brought to them! Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Bobby made buying a new vehicle easy and fun. He's very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be recommending him to everyone!. I came in for a factory recall/service. Patrick was very helpful and patient! This was my first time buying a new car, so it was a bit nerve wracking for me. Patrick answered all of my questions and I could tell he took a lot of pride in his job. He even stayed a bit after closing to make sure I could set up my STARLINK account.
