The people were very nice.

The people were very nice. But had some work done and not happy with it. It should have been under warranty because you guys replace the motor couple of months ago and the catalytic converter went bad when you put the motor in you should of seen what it looked like. Because the old motor could of caused the problem. Like I said before the people and mechanic were great.

This review shouldn't reflect on the sales person but safford as a whole! I recently purchased a used vehicle at Safford Kia Fredericksburg and the sales person was amazing (Derek T).The experience was fast, easy, and overall pretty good. Unfortunately trying to get a vehicle from another location was a PAIN! To much back and forth and when I wanted a vehicle (from Hyundai Manassas) they said it wasn't avaliable. Found another, they said wasn't available but the 1st one now was. I didn't want the 1st anymore. AS THE SALESMAN WAS ON THE WAY TO GET THE 2ND ONE! NOW IT WASNT AVALIABLE... So took it upon myself to call Manassas. Salesman says yes it's avaliable just put my hands on it as a matter of fact!... So they were lying (Manassas) so I would drive up so they would get the sales! SHADDY BUSINESS!!! So in the end GM of Fredericksburg got ahold of Manassas and got the vehicle down to me. The reason for 2 stars is SHADY business from Manassas. Also no one ever reached out to me to apologize!!!! Not the manager of sales, not the GM, not ANYONE! Besides my salesman which i give 5 STARS on his 1st official sale! It was a doozy!

2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the buyers order and

2 weeks later I’m still waiting for the buyers order and trade in appraisal that shows i traded in my old car to buy the new one so I can go to Fairfax county vehicle tax office and update the tax rolls. Not that I shouldn’t have to ask for something they’re legally required to give me but I have asked repeatedly.

WYATT AND Daniel were absolutely wonderful and they got us the perfect 🥰 car. A 2025 Seltos and it was the color and interior we desired.
