Noah our Salesman was great!
Noah our Salesman was great! Service representative personality is great! The service process leaves me feel not valued. Example: I called the service department twice to find the answer to a question and was asked if I wanted to make an appointment or ask a question. I elected to just ask a question. I was then sent to a voice mail which is fine if someone actually planes to call me back. But even after two left messages on different days I never received a call back. Second example: when I had my Niro checked for an issue I was told there was a service that was recommended. After asking what service that was I relieved that the recommended service was far from necessary. That told me that this policy was designed to fleece an uneducated customer by a service policy instead of respecting and valuing the customer. What an insult.
