Satisfying Experience

I ended up leaving with more than I went in for. Justin (Just-in-time) presented me with an option I could not turn down! I was very apprehensive the entire time. As most, I have a hard time trusting car sales people. I got an unbelievably priced SUV with low millage. I looked at multiple cars and a CarFax report were presented for each one of them. My car payment is less than my previous car payment. In spite of the fact that I had already agreed to the interest rate they had offered me... they dropped the numbers by two when the paperwork was given for signatures! I test drove my car from Pompano to Hollywood and back! This is a stand up place. I couldn't be more excited about my car! I don't think I'll have a need to return here and update my review! I am MORE than satisfied at this point and I feel this place is trustworthy.

awesome experience!!

WOW! What a great experience I had when I leased my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My salesman Kevin was so knowledgeable and helpful. Ron the GM was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Joey Accardi Jeep.

Routine maintenance and recall

Needed an oil, lube and filter. Prompt, quality service as always. Even fixed a recall that I didn't know about. Top notch and that's why I keep comimg back!

Spectacular Service

My car event in for a recall at the end of July for 6 days. Joey Acardi gave me a 2017 Jeep Wrangler as a loaner. They were very friendly and communicated well.

Not Happy

Not happy took car in for another recall and had a $400 trunk hatch replaced (thrums would not open) and a few weeks later it stopped working again - have been trying for weeks to get someone on the phone to get another appt finally went in and dropped it off was called to say they I could pick it up and they would call me the following week Tuesday when they were able to get another part it it Thursday night and I have not been contacted yet.

Very straight forward buying process

Staff is always very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dealership and customer area is very clean and there is a nice seating area with wifi, TV and coffee/water. They check in with you periodically to update you with estimate/progress.

Painless Buying Expirence

As always, Reid is stellar. Quick to assist, define the issue and solution. Set me up with Uber ride home and back to dearlship---when car was repaired the same day!

Radio issues

My Sirius xm is not working correctly in my brand new Jeep. This dealership said they could not find the problem or recognize the glitch in the system. Not after 5 minutes down the road of picking up my car the radio cut out 4 Times (I live only 10 min down the road). We had to go to the service Manager, who in the end was able to help us the most by offering a solution of a new Radio system. He was very nice and accommodating, super helpful and reassuring. It’s easy to assume that our other service guy at Jeep did not bother to test drive my car for a test.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

I brought my truck to the service department for repair to the exhaust system the service advisor would not give me updates he would not call me in the service department would never answer the phone the sales department would never answer the phone I finally had to get up go all the way up to management to get an answer they completed the repairs it took two weeks and they didn't do it right

Better Customer Service

Sales and finance staff at Subaru was amazing!!! We had an issue with the finace staff when we were originally sent over to the Dodge/Jeep area to finish up the paperwork. We waited over an hour, however when no one there from finance realized we were waiting for them the sales staff at Subaru was quick to take action and make sure we were taken care of. The sales manager even offered to pay for our lunch, we refused, however I thought it was a nice sentiment.
