Very Pleased with Service Visit
Based on an unpleasant buying experience at this dealership, I was dreading taking my 2019 Wrangler Sahara in for two warranty repairs. I honestly expected the service to disrupt my entire day. Had an appointment this morning with Stuart W. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am. He put me in an Uber to get where I needed to go. By 11am he called me to tell me that all the repairs were complete and the car was being washed. He sent another Uber to pick me up when I was ready. When I got to the dealership my Jeep was sparkling clean and waiting on me. Very good experience!

Worst service
Purchased a 2019 jeep wrangler Sahara, no ship since sale left messages, text no response. Terrible service, need to go back to Lexus. The vehicle is great should have bought it somewhere else

Jeep Service
Dated set up! Service bay employees never look up when you walk in the power doors. They avoid eye contact as to not have to serve you. Third time there same experience each time. Not good

Super friendly and nice. They don’t make you feel pressured or try to talk you into something your not sure of. If your looking for a new vehicle give them a shot. Great customer service and atmosphere

Disappointment all around
The battery died in my 2018 Jeep Compass. After two days, I was told the repair was completed. However, within 200 feet of leaving the dealership, alarm indicators flashed, the rpms shot up above 7,000 and the vehicle stalled in an intersection - nearly causing a three car accident. I was barely able to make it back to the dealership, where after waiting an additional 45 minutes, I was told that 'they would be in touch later.' Two days passed without any update, even after my repeated calls to the service department. We're currently going on week #3 as we are 'awaiting parts to be delivered' for the second time (As if we live in a world without overnight delivery). I've left feedback on the dealership's website describing the situation and asking for a manager to contact me - no response. I've called the main number twice asking to speak with a manager only to be put on hold and eventually disconnected. I was actually interested in trading in the vehicle and leasing a Wrangler, but I seriously doubt I'll ever drive another Jeep and I'm very unlikely to ever do business with this dealership.
