I had the pleasure of working with Al Kaleel on a recent Porsche GT4 purchase. I live in San Francisco and located the car on line. I was connected to Al who responded within 60 minutes of my inquiry. He sent me everything I needed regarding the car, it's history, build sheet etc. I happened to be in Chicago and stopped by their beautiful showroom which is packed with high end super cars. These guys know their stuff. We worked out a fair deal and they arranged the shipping on my behalf. The whole experience has been outstanding and I highly recommend Al and Ultimo.

I live a long way from This dealer and it was worth the trip I had Dennis for a sales man He answered all my questions professionally and was very knowledgeable about the cars they sell I thought I got a very good deal and was thoroughly happy If I ever need to purchase another luxury car I would go there in a heartbeat

Drove 5 hours to trade in a vehicle for one of their Audi SQ5's. I was originally taken back that the vehicle was no cleaned exterior/interior for my visit. Furthermore certain questions I had asked in regards to damage/repairs from the car fax previous to visit that were stated were fine, upon leaving were noticed they were visible. The car had no gas upon leaving the dealership. Furthermore, they took weeks to send the finances to my bank for the trade in causing more delays. Great looking dealership with inventory, however this was not the best customer service experience.

I bought a used car from ultimo motors, the guy I was buying the car from seemed like a good guy. I was told I would get a 3% interest rate and upon signing it was nearly 10%. I signed the papers took it home and I received a letter in the mail stating I lost my license. I tried to take the car back 2 days later and the refused amd said they couldn't when I'm more than sure they could have.

Just received by 2014 BMW 435 this afternoon. Dennis was my salesman and from the first call to the day of delivery he was always accessible and answered every call within a couple of seconds. When you are buying a car 700 miles away site unseen, this level of communication helps keep your mind at ease. The car was in great shape and I felt the description was spot on. All the paperwork was seemless and just took a couple of days to secure financing and get the car rollIng to its new home. I would recommend Ultimo without hesitation and especially recommend Dennis if you have the pleasure of him being your sales associate.

I called ultimo motorsports to inquire about a Land Rover Range Rover Sport that i saw on their website. My wife and I made an appt to check out the truck and i fell in love with it. We were not looking to trade our vehicle in ,but we did. Dennis Ciobanica made our experience a good one. I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a car to go in and check them out.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention how professional Ultimo handled my out-of-town purchase of one of their vehicles. They met me at the airport as I walked out the door. The car was spotless upon arrival, inside and out. The test drive was flawless. The car looked and smelled new although 6 years old. The price was right.
