James B was an efficient and friendly salesman. He was direct and forthright, as were all the gentleman I dealt with today. Including Scott the GM and Al the finance manager. The used Mercedes I purchased today was seemingly priced under market value considering the low mileage it had - I feel as though I got a fair price nailed down. I was impressed by their quality selection and professional materials online. My remote buying process was long but overall i was happy with the results and competitive pricing. Al was helpful through the process and very responsive most of the time. Shipping was done within a couple of days of the purchase and my trade-in picked up on the day of delivery - very convenient.

Really had a positive experience working with Al at Ultimo Motorsports-Ogden. Al was knowledgeable and very organized. He was able to answer all my inquires in a prompt fashion. Having owned 39 cars over the past 15 years I'll have to say this was easily one of the best car buying purchases I've had. Al was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I on the other hand was very indecisive on what I wanted to do and he was very patient with me during the process that spread out over the course of a month. Much of our conversation was by text and Al was always prompt returning a text or answering my questions. The facility was extremely clean, well staffed and filled with high quality vehicles. I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and will be shopping at this dealer again soon for another vehicle I have in mind.
