EXCELLENT SERVICE ONCE AGAIN

Ken Bossert is my Service Technician as again, he really helped me out as my car's battery froze solid. He got the towing service out as 10 other companies couldn't. He saved me a few hundred dollars on a front brake job that another shop said I needed done. THANKS AGAIN KEN!!!

Exceptional

The service department and crew along with service manager were Exceptional service provided on my brand new 2024 Nissan PATHFINDER. They loaned me a car and the car was great.

Great service

I used Nissan to service my work vehicle. They took care of the initial problem, and all open recalls on my Altima. They communicated well throughout the entire process and did not make me feel pressured into any extra service work.

Incomprehensibly poor communication

Had been exchanging emails, texts and phone calls with someone for two months, but we couldn’t ever agree on price. When the price finally dropped to a level I was comfortable with, I spent five days calling, texting and emailing, trying to get a pricing breakdown to ensure the price would work with my budget. My calls were never returned and promises of getting me the info I needed to make a purchase were never filled. Vehicle disappeared from the dealer’s website a week later.

Falsely advertised Car... Wasted 4hr drive

I reached out to see if they had the focus listed as advertised on Cars.com. It was listed as a low mile Ford Focus and... " Clean CARFAX. **STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY**, **AWD**, **BLUETOOTH**, **BACKUP CAMERA**, **HEATED SEATS**, **KEYLESS ENTRY**, **BLIND SPOT DETECTION**, **REAR CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT**, **AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING**, **LANE KEEP ASSIST**, **REAR PARKING SENSORS**, **NEWER TIRES**, **FRESHLY SERVICED**, **NEWER BRAKES**, **ICE COLD A/C, **GAS SAVER**. 2006 Ford Focus FWD ZX4 Pitch Black"... The vehicle had none of these features, it was in horrible shape, and didn't even start. When I called ahead of time, I was told it went through inspection and could test drive. They made wait around for an hour saying they couldn't find it, before the 2nd sales guy had the courage to show me the car and tell me the truth, that it didn't go though inspection, didn't even run, and was un-driveable. Colossal waste of time, gas, etc.
