Always too notch at Brilliance Would recommend strongly! Employees are knowledgable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Many care dealerships are just about the sale but Brilliance is about long term relationships.

Great help

I went in expecting to just get information and left with a vehicle I was excited about. Salesmen are not pushy, and try to understand what you actually want out of a vehicle.

basic maintenance done right

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was shown two air filters that needed to be replaced and I agreed and the outside of the car was washed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make suggestions without being too aggressive.

Pleasant visit

Staff were all very nice and accommodating; waiting area was large & clean; coffee, free WiFi and plenty of electrical outlets were bonuses:kept me updated on progress thoughout the morning
