Great help

I went in expecting to just get information and left with a vehicle I was excited about. Salesmen are not pushy, and try to understand what you actually want out of a vehicle.

basic maintenance done right

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was shown two air filters that needed to be replaced and I agreed and the outside of the car was washed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make suggestions without being too aggressive.

Pleasant visit

Staff were all very nice and accommodating; waiting area was large & clean; coffee, free WiFi and plenty of electrical outlets were bonuses:kept me updated on progress thoughout the morning

Won't go anywhere else!

I had such a fun experience buying my first vehicle at Brilliance Subaru! I leased several Nissan vehicles in the past and based on the level of care, service, and expertise I received, I will only buy from this dealership moving forward. Ed Troike, especially, was a treat to work with. Not only did he know the in's and out's of the 2019 Forester, but he also catered to my vehicle "must haves" and spent an ample amount of time going over every inch of the vehicle until I was comfortable leaving the lot. His test driving "track" was a blast, as well! Thank you, Subaru, for making my first ever vehicle purchase an easy going experience, and thank you especially to Ed for going above and beyond to help this dream come true!

Will never shop at another dealership!

I had such a fun experience buying my first vehicle at Brilliance Subaru! Great dealership. All staff provide excellent customer service. All my questions are answered promptly. Service personnel keep me updated on progress while my vehicle is being serviced. Always receive a complimentary multipoint inspection and wheel alignment check. Loaner car is always offered.
