Virginia Helu was very friendly and efficient. She wasn't pushing services I didn't need. She offered me a free car wash. She also set up a Lyft to take me back to my work and then pick me up after the service was done.

They shopped and placed the loan, so I did not need to do anything. I thought it was going to be more stressful, but I was in and out in less than 60 minutes. I love my EV Kia. It's been a great car, and I love not having to buy gas anymore.
