It took 5 full working days to install an ordinary battery. I made an appointment for 9:am Monday and car was finished Friday at 4:30pm. The service department did NOT contact me even once to tell me anything until I went there in person on Thursday at noon to find out what was happening. Truly terrible service. And they charged $200 to “Diagnose” the dead battery and $400 for the battery. The service technicians and service representatives are obviously overwhelmed by the volume of customers. The dealership is extremely happy with their profits, at the expense of their customers. I will drive to Carlsbad from now on for service and to purchase a new car. They know how to provide excellent service.

Service advisor was at lunch when the car was ready, so I was not notified in a timely manner. Technician gave keys to wrong service advisor, adding to the wait.
