I appreciate the attention to detail, starting with Rob's

I appreciate the attention to detail, starting with Rob's welcoming, of course, Megan's help and the work of the technician, and his recommendations. On the other hand, the size and comfort of the lobby, it's drinks and amenities, make it pleasant to wait on site, even able to work. Or otherwise the service with Lift if we can't stay. Thank you

Johnny Gutierrez is an amazing service advisor.

Johnny Gutierrez is an amazing service advisor. He was able to fix everything that Chula Vista Kia didn’t do on my EV6 that was supposedly a certified pre-owned vehicle which I purchased from them. He was able to align the door and perform the service that should have been done prior to being sold as a CPO vehicle. Highly recommend Kearny Mesa Kia specially when they fixed the issues from another dealership. Again excellent service.

I'm still waiting a response from my service writer

I'm still waiting a response from my service writer pertaining to the same problem this car has been here 3 times before. For whatever reason each time I bring it back the fuel consumption problem and fuel smell get diagnosed differently which I pay for the diagnosis each time with the problem being incorrectly repaired. I am not able to determine why this matter is so complicated. There really isn't any word I can say at this point so I guess the car will stay in my garage for another year or more as I cannot afford to gamble on the cost to chance finding a remedy to repair my car. I realize these Optima's have many problems with their power train but either the dealership or Kia is just unable to help. I'm pretty sure I'll just have to get another car but I highly doubt it'll be a Kia because I can't go through this again. I'm disabled and retired plus having a stroke doesn't make this experience encouraging. I can't even get a response from anybody so why put my trust in something that's never going to pan out
