Great buying experience. I recently bought a used car from Infinity of Birmingham. My salesman was Jeff Roquet and I had a wonderful buying experience. I live about 3 hours from dealership and I basically bought the car over the telephone from Mr. Roquet. There were no surprises in the vehicle, the price or the paperwork when we arrived to pick up the car. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.

No pressure and awesome. Selection of vehicles was good but when requested, sales staff found vehicle we wanted over night. It was clean and ready to go within 48 hours. Scott Donze explained all functions very well.

Kerry was very easy to work with, low pressure, and eager to help at all times. Overall facility, selection, and prices were excellent. The CPO options were quality cars and Infiniti now has one of the best pre-owned programs going after evaluating all the major manufacturers. Kyle was great and found an even better rate than I had preapproved from my credit union.
