I have purchased auto's and truck's for a few decades and I have NEVER had a purchase go as smooth and quick as my purchase of a Ford F150 at Echo Park!!!!! NO HASSEL GOING BACK AND FORTH TO A SALES MANAGER, AND NO HAGGLING ON PRICE!!! Worst Experience Ever
I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships of all types and sizes (Over 20). The wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from here and I would rate it as the worst dealership I have ever experienced. The only Pro was the selection of vehicles. Now for the Cons: I wanted to look at specific model and sales person pushed for upgraded model. We had to sign our paper work 3 different times as they could not get it correct or our ink signature was different from our electronic. Each time after the first attempt, was rushed to sign as I was making sure nothing changed. After the process was complete I was not given copies of everything I signed. Was not given any paperwork information on the extended warranty I purchased either. As we were waiting for out paper work they took the vehicle to get washed. Asked them to take care of the interior as the cup holders had a bunch of crap in them. They did not. First vehicle I have ever purchased that I left with just a quarter tank of gas. The day after the purchase of the vehicle we noticed a whistle coming from the windshield area. Called and was supposed to be put in touch with customer service team did not hear anything back. A day or two after that the window trim of the driver’s side flew off on the highway and almost hit another vehicle. Looked at the passenger side and realized this side was about to do the same thing. Purchase the parts at a cost of $310 dollars (no labor as I took care of it myself). Called the customer service line and never heard a word back. The vehicle was purchased for my wife who is a frontline worker at a local hospital and I am a former Firefighter. To knowingly not stand behind and give this kind of service to us speaks volumes to the service from this company. I would never recommend. Their pitch is "Every car deserves a happy owner" I think they should rebrand to something more accurate as we are not happy.

The sale was a pleasant experience. The after care is pathetic. Called 4 times in the last week. Still no response. I went back and asked if no reply after a week was acceptable and was told customer service was backed up. Don't expect any customer service after the sale.

I purchased my car about month ago at the Thornton...
I purchased my car about month ago at the Thornton location. Monday (3/29/21) I went explaining I was having troubles with my windows as well as my sunroof leaking. I was then scheduled for an appointment Saturday (4/3/2021). When Saturday came I was unsure were to go because there was a lack of signs and communication with the desk lady I had previously spoke with. However I found the garage and decided someone in the shop could direct me. A man approached me. I explain my situation. I made an appointment with someone in the dealership and I’m not positive where I should be dropping off my car. He begins to tell me they do not take appointments and no drop;he had no idea what I was talking about. He told me I would have to wait till the dealership opens at 9am and speak to someone then. I waited til 9am when I dealership was open, went inside and they said I was late I have to reschedule. (Mind you the garage is connected to the dealership.) I began to read previous reviews in frustration. The salesman are great! It’s the lack of communication with there customers from there greetings to information. Echo park should also offer text reminders for services like this! Possibly with some information as well! When I bought my car Andrew Linton was friendly, helpful, and quick-witted. He provided he with the answer I needed to complete my questions. I would definitely recommend going back to him and ONLY him he listens and is charismatic!

Customer Focused
The web-site was easy to navigate with pricing and prepared me for our dealership visit. We were greeted immediately by Gray who assured us he could help us and he did! They had 9 cars we were interested in and we wanted to see them all. Some we just looked thought the windows while other we wanted to sit in. Gray held true to his word and quickly helped us though the process. Once decided upon we test drove one and headed in to do the paperwork. This also went smoothly. Start to finish we were driving away in our new Lexus in about 2.5 hours. Because their pricing is up front, we were free to focus on the best fit for us without worrying about the next step of negotiating the deal. I have bought a lot of cars and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had! I would do it again and recommend others buy here at Echo Park also.
