I worked with David Hernandez and Adam on my 7th transaction. There is a reason I keep coming back. The offered me more for my trade than “traditional” dealers did. They didn’t pressure me at all. And they arranged better financing terms than the “teacup Al” dealers did too. My finance guy was great too. He worked with me to protect the car for my son with a warranty when I didn’t want the lumbers to be that high. These guys are amazing. I’m trading another car with them at the end of the summer. Thanks guys for always taking care of me!!!

bought the GLE 350 for my daughter, with adam help it was a very smooth transaction,.he earned my business for life .Ask for adam if you need a good deal

The dealership had a fantastic collection of well-priced cars, and I had no trouble scheduling a test drive. Tim assisted me in inspecting the vehicle and finalizing the options. Moreover, the remaining staff displayed polite and considerate behavior throughout the encounter.

Giving Gravity 2-stars but they have potential for 5.

Giving Gravity 2-stars but they have potential for 5. It’s been a month. I’ve texted and emailed with the salesperson. Sent an email to finance. Never heard back. My trade-in has yet to be paid off. Waiting on registration and tags. The things they agreed too, they haven’t fulfilled. (Key, cargo cover, headrests “safety”!). The easiest way to make all of this better is communication. Not sure where to go from here. Experience and salesperson were great BUT after the deal is done, I’m still hopeful. Thinking of just going back up there to see what is going on but it’s a huge waste of time when a phone call or any type of responses would suffice.

My experience at Gravity Auto was very good. The staff were very cordial and the showroom/office was very inviting. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Mr.Craft was very personable, took his time with assisting. Some suggestions and valuable advice was given during the signing. Thank you Mr. Craft and all the staff.

I traded in my vehicle in mint condition for an Audi Q7,

I traded in my vehicle in mint condition for an Audi Q7, and I learned 2 days later that it was sold to me without windshield wipers. I had my vehicle for about a month wondering where my tag was. Come to find out, my car was never sent through emissions. I did it myself, and it failed! I had to register my own vehicle. Really wish I could've had a better experience.
