Manager pressured me to make a deal same day. Fine. To be expected Saleswoman disappeared on me and couldn't seem to be bothered to help arrange ppi or actually sell the car.

So I bought a cadillac from these folks back about 8 months ago. I traded this vehicle in for a new cadillac at a different cadillac dealer and these guys won't seem to refund the unpaid part of an extended service plan. They owe me $1700 ish and they won't do anything but the runaround. Think I'd shop a bit more

We walked on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by "car lady" immediately. She was very welcoming and allowed a test drive within 5 mins. She was very transparent with the car and it's condition. Once we sat down to talk price we shared out concerns with the car, car lady and William bent over backwards for us and that is reflected in the amazing price they gave us. Though it took sometime we were able to agree on a price that I was comfortable with. In the future if I need a vehicle, I will be coming back to car lady and William. Financing was quick and everything was transparent. They didn't try to tack on any extra services (it was offered) and the price was transparent. If you come here ask for car lady and William! (they will do everything in their power to have you leave satisfied). Remember it's our job as consumers to check the car thoroughly for any problems and bring up to the sales team, if you do they will try to take care of you. Remember it's our job as consumers to thoroughly inspect the cars and the team here will work with you.

Do not buy at this dealership. I bought a 2021 MB GLS that was delivered that needed $2750 in repairs. They agreed to pay for the repairs but would not answer the phone when time to pay. Terrible customer service.

Bought a car from them beginning of November doing an online purchase. Scott was my salesman. Everything was good during the purchase process. However their "inspection" if the vehicle was sub par or non existent. The noise reduction plastic piece was hanging on by a thread, and started scraping the pavement within a week. The car was severely out of alignment, which caused the back tires to be very warn on the inside. Not too big a deal, but I shouldn't have had to fix these. I texted Scott about the plastic, he never responded. So they get a 2, with a be careful if you buy online from them

DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY! I purchased a car from Gravity Autos Sandy Springs 1 year ago. I purchased the top tier warranty ($5000 - 5 year warranty), only to learn that the warranty is basically worthless. I had more claims denied than approved for repairs that the dealership said would be approved. I ask to cancel the warranty and get a refund. The dealership stated I would not receive a refund and could not tell me why. What about the remaining 4 years? Proceed with caution!

Everyone was very nice. 2 days after bringing my car home the engine light comes on and it’s a 2000$ repair Not happy.

The sales rep was willing to work with me and make sure I was getting the best deal and overall it was an easy process.

Victtoriia was a great sales person!! She helped us get my wife a new Jeep! Adam the manager was awesome as well! Made sure everything went just right. Adam in finance totally made the whole process of purchasing, fun and easy!!

Process was smooth and hassle free. The salesman Henry did a fantastic job and worked with me to make sure I got the price I wanted and the value on my trade that I wanted.
