I recently purchased a used 2011 Toyota Tundra from Cape Cod Carz and could not be more pleased. Ross and Rick handled the sale and Rebekah handled the financing, registration, inspection and paperwork and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly. I was given the opportunity to have my mechanic check out the truck. A couple of minor items were taken care of without issue and the truck was delivered in excellent condition. Best dealership I have been too in a long time. Rick was extremely helpful. And answered all my stupid questions and made me feel more than comfortable with my purchase. My credit is not the best and Rick walked me through all the steps of the whole financing process and helped me understand the best route to take. Rebekah processed my purchase of a 2011 Ford Ranger. She was pleasant and efficient. When I asked for additional photos she willingly crawled under the truck and sent me extra pictures. Upon my arrival, the truck was clean and shiny, easily accessible, and ready for my full inspection. The purchase process was over quickly and without difficulty. The vehicle was driven to Oklahoma and no issues have turned up. I am happy with the vehicle, the purchase, and the service.

I recently purchased a vehicle. This is my second time buying a car from here. I thought that their customer service was great the first time. Rick raised the bar even more!! When you go to purchase a vehicle you some times feel some sort of angst or pressure. At Cape Cod Carz Rick makes you feel welcome and at ease. Great car dealership. I found the perfect car for our family and it was clean and well cared for. Everyone working there was polite, professional and very helpful. I was able to finance and trade in my old car and drive away in my new car in less than a week. I am very pleased and happy with my experience.
