I had been having car issues, and knew I needed to purchase another vehicle. I felt it was time to start searching for a Jeep, because I had always wanted to own one. I happened upon a 2006 Jeep Commander, that Cape Cod Carz was selling, and I knew I wanted to check it out. I messaged the owner Rick, and he promptly answered me back. I was able to go that morning to see the vehicle, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Checking out financing didn’t take too long, and everyone was very professional. I saw the vehicle, got to test drive it, and I could tell they were selling quality used vehicles. All was well taken care of. They helped make it possible for me to purchase my dream vehicle, and I am extremely grateful to them. They are a wonderful company, and I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I purchased a vehicle from Cape Cod Carz today and the experience was easy, hassle free, everyone was kind and reasonable. They took care of everything. I drove in and drive out. Happy worth my overall experience 100 percent.

Giving 1 star is actually being generous to this place. If I could do this review without giving any star I would. One of the worst experiences I ever had very disappointing personally. I would not reccomend anyone to do business here. Just another small business dealership that prays on people with fair to no credit that sells you over priced vehicles with very high mileage. Be aware of small delaships like this keyword to look out for "we take any credit, no credit, good credit we can work with you" red flag that the interest is going to be through the roof people. Lesson learned!! I purchased a vehicle from this establishment Jeep and soon as I had it for few days the engine light comes on. I call the boss he said the car has been serviced and is in mint condition. Long story short the car was a xxxxing lemon and Cape Cod Cars attempted to mask the errors. I took this car back in a hurry this whole experience was a nightmare. It was a complete headach. Im glade I found the issues before the 30 days. They Probley assuming I wasn't going to drive the xxxx out of the car, to see what was wrong with it but I did. Well low and behold it was pretty on the outside and xxxxty under the hood. Take your business else where.

I never bought a car outside of a major dealership until now. Rick and the staff at Cape Cod Carz let me test drive with ease, and did not pressure me to purchase. Rick suggested a car to me, and we came to a mutual agreement. He sent it out for additional work that I requested (at no extra cost) before we closed the deal. The day I came to get my new registration, I had a tire problem, an embedded screw. I left that afternoon with a new tire courtesy of Rick and the staff. They went off Cape to get the necessary tire. These are nice, honest people doing their best to make a living selling cars. I was quite impressed that all the time I was at this small dealership, Rick and the staff spoke in a courteous and professional manner. I will come back to Cape Cod Carz.
