Rick Sr and Rick Jr were patient and pleasant to work with. I had needs because of my age and small steucture. They had the perfect suggestions for me. They followed through and worked with any problems I was having. THE BEST!!!

I dealt with Rick Jr. and I have to say that he was very straightforward and informative about the vehicles I looked at. He was also very candid and helpful throughout the buying process. Two weeks after I took possession of my truck I returned with 3 minor mechanical problems and they were taken care of immediately. I don't typically review establishments online, but these guys are worth reviewing. We tried multiple other dealerships on and off cape prior to discovering Cape Cod Carz. Rick Sr. asked us to write down what we were looking for, very specifically. We had been looking for over a month. He assured us he'd have one within a week. Exactly one week later we were singing papers on our 2012 Suburban. We've never had a better experience with a dealership. A family owned company, every person we dealt with was friendly, professional, kind and welcoming to my 5 children. Most importantly, they delivered precisely what they promised.

I went searching for a truck and found a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 Rick in them with great we did a safety check and fixed things that were wrong with it I was very pleased I'm very pleased with the truck I would recommend them to anyone

We purchased a used car for our daughter, who is a new driver, mid July & 1 & 1/2 weeks after the warranty expired she started having over heating issues. Rick & everyone that works there were very helpful, super friendly & honored the warranty without us having to ask. We have been & are very pleased with the quality & care of cars & customers given by Cape Cod Cars. Thanks again about caring to keep a 16 year old safe!

Had a list of about 10 vehicles in different locations on the cape, some private sellers, some dealers. It was a Sunday (amazed how many dealerships are closed on Sundays) and the clock showed 3:01 pm. The dealership, Cape Cod Carz closed at 3:00 pm according too it's website. I figured if no one there I could at least look and see what was available. I pulled up and Rick Senior (owner) was still there watching first Patriot game of the season (6 minutes into 4th quarter, 24 to 6, New Englsnd). He came out as I pulled up and I told him I wanted to see a couple of cars listed on Cars.com. First one I looked at was a 2007 Toyota Sienna, listed online for $6,995.00. I also wanted to see a Ford Pilot for $7,995.00). I took one look at the exterior and interior of the Sienna and said, "ok, I'll take it!" The process that took the longest was counting the payment (cash). The dealership handled everything (license, registrstion, inspection) and even drove it to Orleans for me to pick up. All said and done, I am a very happy customer. It helped to find out the dealership has been there for 45 years so they must be doing something right. I was not paid to write this and this whole process was my first at buying a used car by myself with cash for total payment. It could have and should been a daunting experience but in fact, it was quite the opposite. I need to add those images of used car salesmen (think of our current President) and Rick, Sr. is as far from that image. He did not try to sell me something different, or any additional add ons that makes something affordable expensive. Hats off to Cape Cod Carz and I will sing my praises for years to come.
