I've purchased my last two vehicles from Cape Cod Carz. The first experience was so positive it brought me back. You will freceive a very warm greeting from all staff, and continued excellent customer service from start to finish. They will sit and listen to what you are looking, and if they don't have it, they will call when they do. Test drive as many vehicles as you want. I received a great price for my trade-in and when I asked about how I could improve the appearance of the rims, they had them painted for me! No charge, the wheels looked awesome, like "show room" perfect. All questions are answered and any concerns addressed! How about this, one vehicle I drove was great, but the windows were not electric, and they offered to change them to electric if I wanted the car!!! Who knew that was even possible, not me!! Prior to purchasing two vehicles from C.C. Carz, my car buying experiences were less than pleasant, I always felt I was preparing to do battle. It was a stressful experience and always left me wondering if I got a fair deal. Check out their vehicles on-line, but don't wait to make an appointment or a visitor, you may miss out. Their inventory changes quickly, another sign of a great dealership. I do not write reviews unless I am very satisfied with a product/service. My girlfriend and I bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra sr sedan. The service and attention we received was outstanding. Because we are older I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of going to the registry. Rick was honest and open about the car we purchased. Believe the reviews about this dealer. I’m going back to buy a truck from him sometime in the near future. So far so good. The car I got was in great shape and fairly priced. Made the financing and all the paper work a breeze and they did everything they could to help me out around my busy work schedule. Very kind staff all around.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate Cape Cod Carz. Such a great experience with these guys! It was a very smooth and pleasant process from beginning to end. From Victoria, so polite and kind, to Jimmy bending over backwards showing me how to use all the car parts, never losing patience with the next question, including willing to find me a pillow (inside joke). Not only was everyone that works in the shop extremely genuine and caring, Rick was knowledgeable, and helpful, going above and beyond, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I told Rick, aside from being the nicest sales man I’ve met, what I was looking for and he found a way to make it work. I have my dream Jeep Wrangler! Thank you so much Rick, and to your great team!
