Lauren Solomon explained the vehicle to us and answered all of our questions, and she made clear that we can call her when we figure out everything we don’t know. While on vacation in Colorado, I hit another pot hole with the same tire. Prior to leaving for vacation, Isaac and his Team scrambled to get a new tire for in a day for the original tire damaged from a pot hole in Topeka. Luckily, we made it back from Colorado without incident until the same tire replaced went flat. Again, Isaac and his team scrambled to get a new tire and get it on right away. Many thanks to the entire Service Team for your support and help in getting back on the road. Great job, again!
