As always a great job.

As always a great job. Since Aristocrats took over I have no need to go elsewhere. Melissa Reno is an outstanding SA who always keeps me informed and goes the extra mile to get things done.

Part has taken over a month with no call from them

I ordered a new ignition switch from the parts department on 4/15/22 and was told the part was a week out. No one called so called to ask about part was then told it was probably 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Called at 3 weeks still no part and the credit payment has long cleared the bank. Called again after now 4 weeks and still no part. Would like to have at least received a call. I am fortunate to have a 2nd vehicle to use. Very disappointed in the lack of attention in keeping me updated.

Ray Wockenfuss was great to work with.

Ray Wockenfuss was great to work with. So was Issac who I worked with on the phone. The service technician did a exceptional job on what I needed done. Having the X5 washed after work is a very nice touch. Will be coming back. Exceptional customer service is rare now a days.

Issue with airbag recall at first but they handled it and had great customer service. Although my car is a bit old, they treated it like it was new and even washed it!

Melissa Reno is awesome, very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. However, not sure about the service team (Mechanics) in the back. This was my first visit for an oil change, after buying the car 6 months ago. I live out of town, and I got home and discovered my lock system was not locking automatically. Found out I have to make ANOTHER trip to the dealership to have this corrected. Not fun, as I am a very busy professional. Service team (Mechanic that worked on my vehicle) should have checked EVERYTHING before I left the dealership. I don't mind paying high-end prices, but I want high end service.
