My buying experience with BMW was great 5 years ago. But, the servicing experience has been horrible. They're always saying they're working on it, but they've been working on it for a long time and it has never improved. The current service manager is one of the most non compassionate people I've met and his people skills are far from being acceptable. If he treats everyone that has an issue with the service in the manner he does than there will be a lot of people going elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend getting a vehicle serviced there for anything. I could go on about all of the issues I've had with them in the last 5 years, but I would have to write a book. They have 1 part to replace that they broke that will hopefully get replaced a month later and then I will be driving to a different BMW to get my vehicle serviced and I recommend anyone else to do the same.

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service! We were scheduled to leave on vacation on July 14th. On July 12th, I hit a pot hole in Topeka with my new 430i convertible. That evening the run flat tire side bulged and went flat. Called Isaac before they closed, confirmed he would do everything possible to find replacement. Wednesday morning, Isaac called to relate earliest delivery would be July 23rd. But, he found dealer in KC with this tire, and sent one of his staff to pick it up, and was completed by 2;30 pm. Melissa kept us informed on the progress throughout the day! We left Thursday on time for our vacation in our new BMW. This is service above and beyond, and speaks volumes to the pride and commitment they make to their customers. Again, fantastic job to Isaac and his Team!!!

Was stranded in Topeka after oil went into coolant
Was stranded in Topeka after oil went into coolant reservoir on a Friday. Left a message through the website that evening and they got me in to the shop first thing Saturday morning. Very efficient and professional. Thank you!

its ok services. They try, but sometimes its just not the same compared to the kc one. I feel like it could be more like a better services if they were quicker to accommodate schedules.

this is a dealership that is awful !
this is a dealership that is awful !! run the other way if you are smart they dodt know how to follow direction !!! ever time i was there with my new car they screw something up !!!! the last time i said no on the car wash it came back after the oil change was my car meets wet !!!!!!! and that not the first time that happen hat was the reason i said No car wash !!! but at lease they did not back it in the to door backing it out this time !!! that was a bunch of drama but after a 2 or 3 moths it was finally fix !!! they never learn there !!!!!! no one there has the same story !!!!
