Be sure to visit Ed Falcone at Hertz Car Sales in Estero. I recently purchased a vehicle from Ed and throughout the entire process he was polite and professional and never once tried to pressure me. He was always courteous in person and promptly and diligently returned my phone calls each time. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood all of the details of the transaction and was happy them. Overall, it was an excellent experience, better than I expected! I highly recommend Ed if you want to purchase a vehicle or just want to browse for possibilities.

Best price, best product, best service. I was internet shopping for a late model, low mileage (under 50,000 mi.), Toyota Corolla because of high ratings for reliability in Consumer Reports. The price posted by Hertz was $2,000 - $3,000 lower than any other I found for multiple dealers through various search engines. They had the largest selection of any dealer, including the local Toyota dealers. The cars had been used for rental cars so I was comfortable they had been well maintained. Dealt with Chuck Saldivar who was very congenial, accommodating and knowledgeable. Price quoted was "wholesale" and therefore not negotiable. Not sure how the term "wholesale" was arrived at but in any event it was substantially less than any other advertised on the internet. Ed English, the general manager, approved the deal, reviewed a page of add-ons, such as extended warranty, etc., quickly, succinctly and with no pressure. Closed the deal and drove off very happy. In the future, whenever I'm looking for a car, I will start with this Hertz dealer and most likely end up buying from them. Highly recommended

I was so grateful to the people at Hertz. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and they made the process so relaxing and easy. I had been to a couple places around town, but I kept feeling pressured to buy a car or the sales people were just way too pushy. I didn't have that problem at Hertz at all. Everyone was extremely patient and friendly, and they actually helped me find the right car for me. I worked with Pat, and I can't imagine a better saleman. Absolutely great experience at Hertz!

I am a first-time car buyer and I'm very glad that I decided to start looking for my first car at Hertz. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Accent and couldn't be happier with my vehicle. The sales associate, Jorge, was very friendly, helpful, and completely honest. They were very patient with me, even staying well past their closing hours to make sure that I had everything I needed before I drove away.
