Hertz Car Sales Bonita Springs

After visiting many dealers I decided to visit Hertz because of the price I saw for a 2015 Toyota Camry it had everything I was looking for .I was a bit hesitant because many reviews provided negative feedback on buying a car that was used as a rental. I met sales person Ricky and he assured me of the quality I was receiving. It was love at first sight , when In walked in and saw my car. I am still enjoying it like the first day a drove it. -Excellent customer service!!!

Both Edward English and Edward Falcone did an excellent job to get me my car. They had to go through a lot to help me get a good loan because this is my first car. Another quality i appreciate dearly is their senses of humor. They're kindness and patience made this ordeal move smoothly and effortlessly.

I'm a college student who saved up enough money to buy her first car by herself. I was intimidated and came into the process scared. I had never bought a car by myself. Here's why I don't regret buying from the AT ALL. 1) These were the lowest prices for the nicest, new cars around. I did plenty of research, I didn't have to haggle, these were already amazing prices. 2) The employees were so courteous and respectful towards me. Wonderful facilities. The customer service was fantastic. Any anxiety I had, quickly went away. 3) When I inspected the car I had chosen, I noticed some scratches on the car and stains on the seats. As soon as I mentioned it, it was taken care of. The scratches were fixed and stains were removed! They also washed the car for the day I came! 4) You can get your registration done here! Including a new license plate! I was so impressed and happy that I didn't have to waste my time at all. This was an easy, one shot deal. They even gave me an opportunity to get an amazing warranty. I came into the dealership anxious, and I left so satisfied. They have a great team there that is courteous and very efficient. I couldn't be happier. Jorge Hagenbrock was easy to talk to and full of some interesting facts. He provided a no pressure, no haggling experience. Jorge provided a tour of the used cars and made several recommendations based on our price range. We looked at several and later made comparisons with other well know dealerships and found Hertz used car prices were more honest and reasonable. Cars are certified and in excellent condition for the mileage. All in all a great experience!! Thank You Jorge....happy wife, happy life.
