Great Customer Service

We were in the market for a Kia Telluride and due to their limited availability we weren't able to find one on a lot in town that interested us. Jeremy helped us through the whole process of locating one and reserving it. Everything from financing to car delivery was an extremely easy and simple process. Jeremy provided outstanding customer service every step of the way!

Great service

Tyler was very knowledgeable friendly, professional. Great service and a fast, fair price. Kept me informed and found another issue which was addressed. Courtesy van driver was great

Dennis Dillion

Conveniently located. Big dealership. Facilities and grounds are nice and well kept. Huge selection of cars, trucks and SUVS. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Fairly priced autos.

Sorrento lease

Went back to lease another kia Sorrento. Prearranged everything with Matt. Had a great experience previously leasing prior Sorrento. Advertised lease special I called in and arranged for was suddenly not available anymore. A much more expensive Sorrento was pulled up and ready. Had to spend nearly an hour just getting the correct car arranged and haggling a price close to what what we came in for. In the end, Matt got us what we wanted and within $5 of the deal we were expecting. Appreciate his effort and friendliness. Did not like being there 3 1/2 hours. Dealership is dated and not customer comfy fir that length of time. My 5 year old grandson was not interested in playroom as it was full of broken toys that were a hodge podge of random toys of which nothing had all the stuff or worked. For example, Mr. Potato head had a mustache and one leg and nothing else. Given that I live in Nampa, I will likely just go to the nampa kia next time.

Best car buying experience in a long time!

Since I first came to Dennis Dillon and met Jeremy Hubble he has been very kind, non-pushy, very patient and really tried hard to find the right car for me. I would recommend him and this dealer in a minute. It's salesmen like Jeremy that go the extra mile and really care about their customers. After having a horrible car experience in the past, I felt very blessed to have such great customer service with Jeremy, both at the Fairview dealership and at the fairgrounds last summer.

Fast and easy.

I had a good experience buying a car here. It was fast and easy. Rudy was incredible and very knowledgeable. Not at all pushy. He made the picking easy. Sam made the paperwork and options easy to understand. This was the first time I’ve bought from Dennis Dillon and I will definitely return when I’m ready to buy again.

My fiancé was looking for a car and went there it

It was the longest drawn out car buying experience no customer service 6 hours and not even a bottle of water picked up the car the next day called ahead 45 minutes since we don’t live close the car was not ready and still didn’t place temp plate in windows didn’t realize until we got home which is an hour away everything signed and still can’t register it terrible customer service my fiancé bought her car and she never wants to buy another car again. Was looking at getting a new pickup will not be going to any Dennis Dillon car lots ever

Just needed information on a product for my car

I called and was just needing some information on a product for my car. The lady I talked to made me feel like she did not want to be bothered and quickly told me the information and could not get off the phone fast enough. Because of that I called Kia in Nampa and they were so friendly and helpful that I will be going out there from now on even though the boise location is much closer. You never know who you are talking to on the phone and to loose a customer over a unhelpful person on the phone is really to bad. Kia in Boise by want to do some customer training with their people. Just saying!
