The service department replaced parts that they thought

The service department replaced parts that they thought was causing the noise in my rear end. However, its still making the same noise but not as loud. I plan to reach out to jerry and let him know.

The front line folks are great to work with and they

The front line folks are great to work with and they explain everything very well and are super friendly. The only problem I have is that I have had my vehicles repaired there 4 times and 2 times after I left the lot, within 10 miles from the lot, I have had another issue pop up. I had a radiator hose repaired and as I drove off the lot, a plug fouled out. This visit I had an alignment and within 5 miles of leaving the lot, I had a tire pressure sensor go bad on the left front.

I felt that Vernon had our best interests at heart.

I felt that Vernon had our best interests at heart. We were considering two cars and he patiently pointed out why the one we purchased, though more expensive, was the best choice.

Very disappointed and will drive to Atlanta before using

Very disappointed and will drive to Atlanta before using this dealership again. I made an appointment for service on my truck, only for it to sit there for 3 days without being looked at. Dropped it off on a Monday morning for my scheduled appointment to not hear anything back until Wednesday. I was told it would be diagnosed twice for it to only sit there and not be diagnosed. I understand that things happen but to have an appointment and have my truck sit for 3 days is unacceptable. I did not leave my truck as a drop off to be looked at when they had a chance. I left it for a scheduled visit. I was told twice that the truck would be diagnosed the following day, after having to continuously contact the service department for updates I decided to pick my truck to take to another dealership after I was told on the third day that " we'll get it in tomorrow" and diagnose it. Would definitely not recommend this service department for anything. If you have to schedule an appointment then you should have the courtesy of standing by that commitment.
