Communication was horrible.

Communication was horrible. Was only called once over the week and a half that my truck was in service for what I was told would be a 2 day job. Sat on hold daily for long periods of time and multiple occasions just to be hung up on before I ever reached a technician. Was never offered a loner vehicle after the first couple days of the long service and once I asked was told that nothing was available. Finally the person that delivered my vehicle complimented me on how fast it could go which was very disappointing.

The high fees were not explained nor seemed justified.

The high fees were not explained nor seemed justified. Did not want nor appreciate the nitrous oxide inflation and cost. Would have appreciated earlier transportation to your facility. Hood struts were bad. That was known by you since it was held up during our view of the engine. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. Appreciated the Uber transport even if late. The vehicle was what we hoped it would be according to your description.
