I had a pleasant experience at Clay Cooley. As soon as I walked into the Sales Office, I received a warm greeting from my Salesman, Edgar. I didn’t have to sit around waiting to be helped. The entire buying process was awesome. The Salesman was genuinely concerned about my needs and I felt that I was in charge, as opposed to being pressured into making an uninformed decision, on such a huge purchase. The best experience, aside for getting a great deal on my new vehicle, was the “closing process”. I loved the idea of one digital signature.. each document clearly explained, get your new keys, and drive away in your new vehicle.
