Crooks, sold me a warranty I can’t get a refund on

Crooks, sold me a warranty I can’t get a refund on because they put in a paid 0 when they added 3,000 grand to my purchase price for it. So now I’m out that money and the car. Dont trust them.

Do not buy at a clay Cooley dealership EVER. The price is never the price, read your paperwork. Beware of the Clay Cooley package, $2500 of junk they pass off as upgrades, it's just pork for them.

bought car 10-19-23 its 12-28-23 still don't have tags.

bought car 10-19-23 its 12-28-23 still don't have tags. had to file a complaint with TX Div of M Vehicles in Austin. I've been calling title dept can't get a straight answer. THey haven't even submitted paperwork to get the tags

This place will screw you

This was my first time to buy my a car from a dealership I have only made 4 payments and other than my car payment and the higher price of car insurance I have paid 9 hundred dollars extra for a 2021 Corolla Camry worst experience I could have ever have gone through please head word to what I am saying they will rip you off

Avoid this place at all costs

This has been the biggest nightmare I’ve ever dealt with buying a car. They still haven’t paid off our trade in from 3 months ago. After months of calling and trying to get to the bottom of why they haven’t paid the car off I was told that the old car finance company can’t do anything and they are trying to scare me and I don’t need to worry about when they (clay cooley) will pay off the old car. Nobody will call me back, no one will answer the phone. One of the front desk employees is incredibly rude. My temporary tags also expired and nobody will follow up with me on what’s going on with that. I was told they would apply for an extension two weeks ago and that’s the last I heard. Do not shop here.

Mariel at Clay Cooley Service Department 5⭐

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes Mariel Sun. Mariel is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas off I-20 1480 West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. She is one of a kind and without a doubt, I highly recommend you go see her for your automotive service needs. Thank you, Mariel. You made my day. Rob J.

It Was Worth It.

I went to Clay Cooley early through the week, and meet this adorable young lady sells person. Her name was Teresa. She was very approachable, but yet kind and convincing. She did not push me into buying a car, however, she was convinced that I would come back and I did. She followed through on calling me and working with me. She had a sweet down the earth way of making you feel at ease. I enjoyed my time with her as well as the financial guy;..'Abel". We were blessed by each other company. Very warm and approachable. People such as those, working in a company, you can't go wrong. Thank you guys,,,and when I finished, it was a wonderful shout out from the other workers, which makes you feel like it was worth the trip. Thank you guys. Oh the deal was sweet.

Dont go to them

don't go to them, they tell you one thing and they do another. I gave them earnest money, it is now 7 days and they will not return my calls. They will not even give me my money back... they are losers...

I purchased my 2023 eclipse cross in march/ april 2023

I purchased my 2023 eclipse cross in march/ april 2023 and asked to get gap, extended warranty and an oil package on my new car. This was non-negotiable in order for me to leave with a new car, these would have to be included. Come to find out today after 3 months of having the car, that these items that were confirmed by Dezmon and Chuck, were not added to my contract. Terry and Andrew told me that this would be Arivo's fault as they would have declined the loan. Upon speaking to Arivo, this is not the case. They should have offered these and included the items that I asked for. Buyer beware as this is a shady scam tactic that this dealership has now done and I'm without an extended warranty or gap insurance because they can't add it now! We will be filing a lawsuit if this cannot be resolved.

They are crooked

They sent me an email about leasing an Outlander PHEV, good till 07/05/23. Went in to try getting a lease. They wanted $10,000 down for a lease that was supposed to have nearly that much in incentives. Then they pushed a purchase on me, starting at a high but reasonable monthly payment of $700, only to turn around and jack up the monthly payment by $211 extra a month, to $911. My credit is not that bad and their finance department lies. Do Not bother with this lamé dealership. They do false advertising to get you to come in.
