Was very nice and friendly.

Was very nice and friendly. However, my vehicle was misdiagnosed and they refused to admit their mistake. Paid to have it fixed and left with it still broken.

Hello Neastacy, thank you for the information and we do apologize for not replacing the components that wasn't broken at the time of your visit. We do our best to communicate to the customers extended warranty company for approvals on repairs that have failed. It is ultimately the extended warranty company's discretion to replace or repair the covered part. I understand it's frustrating but unfortunately if a part has not failed at time of the approved repairs, it will not be replaced by your warranty company. I hope this better explains the warranty process, please reach out the the service department for further assistance...

Well unfortunately this had nothing to do with the warranty, as a claim was never filed. This was an issue due to the mechanics job not being done thoroughly.

excellent dealership.

excellent dealership. they know how to get a deal done and it was an all-around great experience. My salesperson was Jaylan Hearst. He took time getting me from a TestDrive to driving off.

Everyone was kind, but they didn’t provide the benefits

Everyone was kind, but they didn’t provide the benefits that were supposed to be included with Motor Trend certified vehicles. I only received one key and didn’t receive the one year warranty despite asking about both.
