I paid $25,000 cash for a 2019 Ford Expedition MAX from GW Trucks. Within 24 hours, the engine failed — Ford found metal shavings in the oil pan and said it needs $21k in repairs. This is my family’s only vehicle, and with my wife expecting our third child, we’ve been forced into expensive rentals just to get by. The service contract they sold me was denied for coverage as a pre-existing issue, and despite a certified demand letter, GW Trucks has ignored me completely. Do not risk your family’s money or safety here — they sold me a lemon and walked away.

Im in philadelphia, i found a 2017 s550 cabriolet online at GW trucks, i called down and was put in touch with kamala who went through the entire process with me. He sent video to me of the car. I researched service records, made the purchase and he shipped it to me. After about 2 weeks, I'm very pleased with the car and service. Everything is going well

This dealership is only concerned with saying whatever

This dealership is only concerned with saying whatever they need to say in order to make a sale. If you are buying from out of state, do not buy from this dealership. Had I read the reviews first, I would not have bought from them. I was told that the 2017 Audi Q3 was in good shape and that nothing was wrong with it at all. The salesman even told me that he had personally driven the vehicle and that he was so confident that nothing was wrong with it, he would personally pay out of his own pocket if that turned out not to be the case. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I got in the car and attempted to test drive the car. As soon as I pulled on to the road, I noticed that the steering was completely loose and that it was almost impossible to keep the car on the road over 40mph. I called them back and told them that the car was unsafe and not drivable. They asked me to take it into a mechanic shop and get an estimate. The mechanic told me that the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. When I told the dealership, they sent a used rack and pinion to the mechanic shop and refused to cover any of the $1000.00 cost of labor to install the parts. I got the car back today and was told by the mechanic that the vehicle had been in a wreck that bent the frame. On the car fax report it said minor accident. I was led to believe that the bumper was the only thing that was replaced. The mechanic showed me that not only had the bumper been replaced, but the frame had been heated and somewhat stretched back in place. So now i'm stuck with a car that won't steer safely over 60mph and GW Trucks won't answer my calls anymore. I honestly didn't think people could survive doing business like this but I guess idiots like me who don't do the research first are enough to keep them in business. If you are reading this then you have most likely already read 20 more reviews just like it and will avoid doing business with them at all costs. I wish I had done the same.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Si from this dealership,

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Si from this dealership, but I live in Texas so they had it shipped for me. First, the salesmen told me that the car would be picked up on 3/14 and the original driver ghosted them, so that changed to being picked up Monday 3/17 and delivered Tuesday 3/18. I heard nothing from the salesman on Monday, but Tuesday around 11:45 AM I texted him to see about the status of the delivery. The salesperson responded that they JUST picked it up that morning and sent me a photo of the vehicle on the truck. I had plans that I moved around to be home Tuesday for the delivery, and I was really annoyed that I didn’t at least get an update all day Monday. I did tell the salesman I was going to be out of town Tuesday but I rescheduled to be home for the car. Anyways, the vehicle gets delivered in one piece. I bring it to my shop to have my Master Tech look at it, and to my surprise the AC compressor doesn’t kick on. At all. The air was blowing at 87 degrees and the system was clogged according to our AC machine. The next day, we take the compressor off to replace it and there are metal shavings all over the inside of the system. This speaks volumes to me about the quality of their inspections, especially since the vehicle was from Florida where it’s extremely hot and humid. I used to live there. The entire AC system needed to be replaced on this vehicle. I cannot imagine how terrible the inspection must have been for them to miss that. We replace the evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve because of all the metal pushed through the system, and finally the vehicle is working properly. I say all of this and also I had asked for specific things (what mods were done, since it was obvious from the pictures online and it would have been easy to see but I doubt they performed a thorough inspection anyway) and never got an answer on that. I messaged the salesman on Monday 3/24 to let him know what happened over the weekend, and he offered to pay for the repairs we had to conduct. I’ve been messaging with little to no response since that day, with the last message being today, and I’m just over it. Beware of buying a vehicle from this place. It seems like the salesmen don’t care after the sale is done which I feel is unprofessional in the first place. A message saying “hey I’m working on it” would have been good enough but I didn’t even get that. So I’m done waiting. I looked at some of the BBB reviews and they’re pretty similar in nature. So, just be careful with this dealer. I was out of luck because I’m out of state but I had the means to repair the vehicle out of my own pocket. Someone else may not have been able to shell out $1,300.

2018 BMW 530e The vehicle has a lot of issues, the battery 🪫 will not stay charged, it will only travel 5 miles on a full charge, the leather has been painted over there are spill spots. The usb ports and cigarette lighter do not work, brakes are bad, the ambient lights are fainting in and out. I have spent several hundred dollars trying to get the smell out. I have even bought an ozone machine. I don’t plan to give you a good review, the vehicle has a lot of issues. I see why it was sold cheap. The USB port does not work, the plugin battery is going out and will not take a full charge. It was not disclosed to me that the vehicle smell like an ash tray. Some tried to touch the interior with paint and it’s all over the seatbelt buckle. I am very disappointed. The vehicle is currently in the shop and discovered it had over 8k in under carriage damage. Please avoid this dealership, they shipped me a vehicle with a lot of issues and were aware and never disclosed. I also had to replace both batteries, the vehicle was not inspected well at all.

Went into the dealership, saw a truck that I liked,

Went into the dealership, saw a truck that I liked, talked with the salesman Alex, expressed that I liked the vehicle however, there were some issues with the vehicle that I was concerned about, I told him that I would purchase the vehicle as long as they were fixed he spoke with the owner/ manager Yama and they agreed however that’s not what happened, they xx me along and kicked the can down the road, they had me bringing the car back-and-forth supposedly the part never came in then it came in wrong, truck had no oil in ..just ridiculous.. finally I just got really frustrated with dealing with them. I realize that the car I purchased was “as is” however, if a dealership makes an agreement to fix something I feel like they should uphold that agreement. That’s not what happened at GW trucks and I’m very disappointed with my experience with them they never fixed what they agreed to fix. I regret I ever went this dealership!

This “dealer” is it disgrace.

This “dealer” is it disgrace. They basically buy cars from the auction and ship them. They tell people the car is in excellent condition and no accidents even though the car looks like it’s been pulled from the lake and has multiple accidents. I offered to just sell it back to them and let my daughter get into something else locally but they offered me only half of my money back. When the car arrived, it was in such bad shape. We refused to accept it. They said they were so sorry and they could make it up to us by sending us a different Mercedes. This was for my teenage daughter by the way… We said OK because they already had our money and we felt pretty cornered The next Mercedes they sent us had a gas leak. my daughter was driving around and passed out because of the smell… they denied it and said she must’ve run over a gas puddle… So offensive. we took it to the dealership and they felt so bad for my daughter. They went ahead and fixed it for free and said it was covered under the warranty even though it’s a 2017. my daughter wanted to Range Rover and didn’t like the car. We just asked if they would take it back we went to trade it in for a Range Rover locally and they pulled the Carfax, which stated it had multiple wrecks!!! The owner told us it had no accidents. They knew we were not gonna buy a car that had accidents yet they went ahead and lied to make a dollar. The dealer knows I drive a $300,000 Rolls Royce in this car was important for my daughter… they knew exactly what we were looking for, and there was no way we confused them…. Why would I want a car with accidents for my daughter or a car that has a gas leak? All they had to do was give me back my money. I gave them $20,000… I even said just give me back 17,000 but nope Greedy scammers and when I put a complaint on Instagram, they just blocked me so nobody could see it if you guys don’t believe me, go ahead and look at their Google reviews Don’t look at all of their friends and family reviews. Go look at what people are really saying. A lot of them are saying exactly what I am

I wish I have seen all these reviews before doing

I wish I have seen all these reviews before doing business with this scammers of a dealership. Unethical business practices. I bought a 2018 Mercedes Benz C300. Online pictures looks great. I asked the sales person (Alexander) if there was any issue with the car I could not see in the picture. He said it was a clean car and nothing to worry about. when the car was delivered, I found out the front bumper is defected and is coming, key fob all messed up and battery low, missing parts inside the car. I tried contacting them but ignored me emails and calls. total repaired about &3k. Never again will I do business with them or even buy car out of state again. Don’t get fool in the buying process as they will make You feel confident but after the downpayment any communication you initiate seems like you’re bothering them.

This company is not BBB accredited and there is a reason.

This company is not BBB accredited and there is a reason. Do not buy a vehicle from GW trucks without reading all the complaints on the better business bureau. They sold us a car that is not functional on purchase. Go to a registered dealer save yourself the heartache and pain that so many others have gone through after purchasing a vehicle at GW trucks. Not even twenty miles in every single light came on and my huge auto loan is a junker. Save Yourself The Heartache.

This guys real scammers.

This guys real scammers. There is a lot of paint defects at my car. It is a complete fraud to hide defects with polish without paint correction and sell vehicles in this condition. After the rain and after washing my car, all the defects came out. There is a reason why the pictures on their website are of low quality. Tires are in bad condition. One of the speakers is not working and when I try to contact with them they are ignoring me. Real scammers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS STEALERSHIP Edit: Kemal Kalaca called me after google review but still no solution.
