I purchased a 2015 Audi A4 5 days later the water pump

I purchased a 2015 Audi A4 5 days later the water pump went out, there was a expired recall on the car for the water pump which never was replaced. When I reached out to Yama, I never received a call back. The vehicle was never serviced by the dealer and needed an oil change immediately. Please check the car facts on all vehicles thoroughly because once you leave the lot they will not help you. I thought they would try to help me since it was just a few days. I will never purchase another vehicle from GW trucks and will only stick to major dealers.

Paid this company over $2500 to work on my car.

Paid this company over $2500 to work on my car. Literally everything they did failed. I have dozens of texts, apologizing to me and promising to put things right. Despite this all their promises, turn out to be fake. Be careful doing business with this company. They are totally unethical. I have all the texts. I have photographs to back up everything I claim.

Sold us a truck that should have never left their lot.

Sold us a truck that should have never left their lot. This was my son’s first truck and it’s been a complete disappointment. They should have bought it back and made it right after we lost all electrical and power steering coming off JTB. Instead they “fixed” the problem and now it’s back again 3-6 months later. Spent almost 40k on a truck we can’t drive! Thanks GW for real disappointing experience for my soon to be 16 year old without a truck! Really fun to own a 40k truck that is not operational for 14 months!!!

Bought a truck here before and had an awesome experience! just recently tried to do business again and got the ru around, started to to deal and salesman came back with different number and basically said i was wrong! You would think that they want returning customers, but i gus’s not.

I was excited about going on a 8 hour drive to Florida to

I was excited about going on a 8 hour drive to Florida to get my first luxury vehicle. We arrived to find out the person who we were in contact with wasn’t there and didn’t tell us he wouldn’t be there. The vehicle was nice with a few paint blemishes. The car had dog hair in it when it was given to us for a test drive. The car buying process was easy and quick. I requested the car be cleaned but after leaving we noticed dog hair in between the seats and in the back hatch part and the previous owner personal affects. I wasn’t going to make a big deal until I reached out about registration paperwork. I request the paperwork be sent to me, after requesting several times it was not sent to me. I’ve had my vehicle over a month, I had to request a second temporary tag. I’ve been calling and emailing everyday with little results. Hopefully, I won’t regret this decision altogether!

Made a Ebay auto purchase in june 2023 for a 1965 chevy Nova main contact a salesman named Yama Was told many details about car that were not correct car came to me with many problems not explained. plus Extras charges for delivery prep that was not done be careful buying a used car or truck with these people.

Amazing!!

These guys really came though when I needed them the most! I'm an insurance adjuster from out of state and they were able to work with me and get me financed so fast, I never had to miss a beat with work! HUUUUGE thanks to Nas and the GW family... even the guy who detailed the vehicle for me was so nice!! From someone who has purchased many vehicles, GW will ALWAYS have a customer in me!

Have your vehilce inspected

Be careful, I bought a jeep thru Truecar from them, when the vehicle arrived multiple mechanical issues. Front drive shaft was bad, rear seal was leaking, oil leak in oil filter housing, had my mechanic stop checking for problems at this point. Oh and accessories in the pictures were not on the vehicle when delivered (side step bars were removed). Nothing about the winch cable being cut, the third brake light being broke, or the multiple paint chips all over the vehicle. When I contacted them they didn't seem surprised with all the issues and offered to "help" me get them fixed. Needless to say the vehicle was returned to them.

An Outstanding Experience

GW Trucks is a very nice place to do business. The boss, Yama Sayeq, could not be more affable or straightforward. No high-pressure salesmanship, easy competent handling of all pertinent matters involved in the transaction, and the sense that one is in good hands. I never had cause for anxiety from start to finish, and the car I bought was, perhaps, even nicer that I had anticipated. I would recommend this business wholeheartedly and without reservation.
