I purchased a Cargo Van from them on March 20, 2026. Within one week I notice the transmission started shifting hard and chattering. I bought as is. So I googled the problem. I was told, it could be a speed sensor on the vacuum pack. So I changed that out. Still no difference. Also I was told it could be dirty fluid or filter. Changed those two things. Still no change. There were 3 more sensors that came up. I changed those out. Still no change. Then the torque converter started creaming as a banchee. On the April the 9th I called GW Trucking. Told them my problem, they directed me to Service to talk to Nerad. I called the number and got the answering machine. Told to leave a message and they would get back with me. However so return call for a total of 6 days. So I assumed they were not interested in my problem. So on the April 15th I had take it to my mechanic. On the 16 my mechanic told me the diagnosed the transmission and said the whole transmisdion was bad. To get it fixed it would run $6007.12 to fix it. And He would need $3000 down to get things a transmission ordered. So a work order was written up and on the 17th and I put down the $3000 dollars. So I called the service department of GW Trucking and again got the answering machine, again left my message. And waited for a return call. No call, so on the 18th I called the sales department, again was told the service department takes care of those issues, but they are not open on the weekends. Maybe they will call you then. Waited till Monday. And no call. So I called around 11 o’clock and got the answering machine again left my message and then said I was going to turn this issue into Florida Lemon Law. 5 minutes after I hung up Nerad called back. He apologized for not getting back with me sooner. He told me that they could help with my situation, but I would have to bring the car to them. I told him I started calling you on the 9th, but after 6 days of no calls, I assumed you didn’t care about my issue. So I took it ti my mechanic and it was diagnosed and was told the transmission was bad and needs to be replaced. A work order was written up and $3000 dollars was put down to get things operating. But I was told that GW Trucking dose not do business with other Auto Repair Shops. I asked if I pay the total cost ($6007.12) would he cut me a check for half of it. The answer was no. On the 27th I went into GE Trucking to talk to the General Manager. But I was not shown any interest, and I was there for 1 whole hour. The GM was told I was there but he never came out of his office or call me into his office to talk. So if anyone is contemplating buying a vehicle from them. Think twice.

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet corvette Stingray from this dealership, worst mistake I have made for a while. I did everything online trusting the salesman's word, Andrew Castro told me everything was good, completely inspected, serviced no issues. They didn't even change the oil. From the time the car was delivered and taken off the trailer immediately I knew their was a problem, they said car was fine but paid for oil change and transmission flush, didn't help the vibrations. Long story short, they sold me a car that need 10k or more worth of repairs. They gave me $1500 back but the car should have never been sold. Stay away, do your research, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Don’t listen to the haters. I have bought cars from Kemal for years. He is honest and tries to make things right when there’s an issue. They have been on the same corner for over a decade for a reason and that reason is because they don’t suck at what they do. Highly recommend!

Recently I bought a car from them, only to realize they sold me a car with leaking corroded gas tank, plus so many safety issues. The car should not have been sold. The warranty they sold don’t even cover the multiple issues the car was sold with. I’m returning the car and taking them to court since they are giving me the runaround. I have filed for misrepresentation Don’t buy from this company unless you want a lemon

I paid $25,000 cash for a 2019 Ford Expedition MAX from GW Trucks. Within 24 hours, the engine failed — Ford found metal shavings in the oil pan and said it needs $21k in repairs. This is my family’s only vehicle, and with my wife expecting our third child, we’ve been forced into expensive rentals just to get by. The service contract they sold me was denied for coverage as a pre-existing issue, and despite a certified demand letter, GW Trucks has ignored me completely. Do not risk your family’s money or safety here — they sold me a lemon and walked away.

Im in philadelphia, i found a 2017 s550 cabriolet online at GW trucks, i called down and was put in touch with kamala who went through the entire process with me. He sent video to me of the car. I researched service records, made the purchase and he shipped it to me. After about 2 weeks, I'm very pleased with the car and service. Everything is going well

This dealership is only concerned with saying whatever they need to say in order to make a sale. If you are buying from out of state, do not buy from this dealership. Had I read the reviews first, I would not have bought from them. I was told that the 2017 Audi Q3 was in good shape and that nothing was wrong with it at all. The salesman even told me that he had personally driven the vehicle and that he was so confident that nothing was wrong with it, he would personally pay out of his own pocket if that turned out not to be the case. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I got in the car and attempted to test drive the car. As soon as I pulled on to the road, I noticed that the steering was completely loose and that it was almost impossible to keep the car on the road over 40mph. I called them back and told them that the car was unsafe and not drivable. They asked me to take it into a mechanic shop and get an estimate. The mechanic told me that the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. When I told the dealership, they sent a used rack and pinion to the mechanic shop and refused to cover any of the $1000.00 cost of labor to install the parts. I got the car back today and was told by the mechanic that the vehicle had been in a wreck that bent the frame. On the car fax report it said minor accident. I was led to believe that the bumper was the only thing that was replaced. The mechanic showed me that not only had the bumper been replaced, but the frame had been heated and somewhat stretched back in place. So now i'm stuck with a car that won't steer safely over 60mph and GW Trucks won't answer my calls anymore. I honestly didn't think people could survive doing business like this but I guess idiots like me who don't do the research first are enough to keep them in business. If you are reading this then you have most likely already read 20 more reviews just like it and will avoid doing business with them at all costs. I wish I had done the same.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Si from this dealership, but I live in Texas so they had it shipped for me. First, the salesmen told me that the car would be picked up on 3/14 and the original driver ghosted them, so that changed to being picked up Monday 3/17 and delivered Tuesday 3/18. I heard nothing from the salesman on Monday, but Tuesday around 11:45 AM I texted him to see about the status of the delivery. The salesperson responded that they JUST picked it up that morning and sent me a photo of the vehicle on the truck. I had plans that I moved around to be home Tuesday for the delivery, and I was really annoyed that I didn’t at least get an update all day Monday. I did tell the salesman I was going to be out of town Tuesday but I rescheduled to be home for the car. Anyways, the vehicle gets delivered in one piece. I bring it to my shop to have my Master Tech look at it, and to my surprise the AC compressor doesn’t kick on. At all. The air was blowing at 87 degrees and the system was clogged according to our AC machine. The next day, we take the compressor off to replace it and there are metal shavings all over the inside of the system. This speaks volumes to me about the quality of their inspections, especially since the vehicle was from Florida where it’s extremely hot and humid. I used to live there. The entire AC system needed to be replaced on this vehicle. I cannot imagine how terrible the inspection must have been for them to miss that. We replace the evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve because of all the metal pushed through the system, and finally the vehicle is working properly. I say all of this and also I had asked for specific things (what mods were done, since it was obvious from the pictures online and it would have been easy to see but I doubt they performed a thorough inspection anyway) and never got an answer on that. I messaged the salesman on Monday 3/24 to let him know what happened over the weekend, and he offered to pay for the repairs we had to conduct. I’ve been messaging with little to no response since that day, with the last message being today, and I’m just over it. Beware of buying a vehicle from this place. It seems like the salesmen don’t care after the sale is done which I feel is unprofessional in the first place. A message saying “hey I’m working on it” would have been good enough but I didn’t even get that. So I’m done waiting. I looked at some of the BBB reviews and they’re pretty similar in nature. So, just be careful with this dealer. I was out of luck because I’m out of state but I had the means to repair the vehicle out of my own pocket. Someone else may not have been able to shell out $1,300.
