First Car Purchase a Success!

I must say my experience here was great. Everyone was friendly and followed through with any concerns I had. Negotiating the price of my car was even perfect and required no hassle. The facility was clean and the salesman was attentive to me through the process

Just don’t go!

Just don’t go!!! Anytime I have been, it’s been an awful experience. Whether, refusing to give me my keys back til I bought a car or trying to charge me $450 for oil change and tire rotation, because they wouldn’t honor my maintenance plan, I have never had a good experience. I hate it is my local Kia. I had a great experience buying the car in Lake City, Florida and a great experience of maintenance at Nalley Kia in Lithonia, Georgia. Take my advice, stay away from Sons Kia in McDonough.

I bought a car 4 weeks ago and had to take it back the

I bought a car 4 weeks ago and had to take it back the next day with engine problems and been give nothing but the run around the entire time! The GM will not answer calls or emails!!!

Way to long to wait

I got there 10:am and needed a oil change and tires rotated and i had an appointment at 10:15 and 3 hours later they were done. I told them good thing i had an appointment or i might still be there. I have 2 kia and i would love to keep coming but i don't have 3 hours to spare for just an oil change and tires rotate. If there is going to be a 3 hour wait then let us know from the start.

waste of time

Drove 90 minutes after talking for hours and getting a estimate of numbers and was told " please trust me we will work it out" Got there and exactly what I suspected. Low balled insanely on my trade and bs'd. told me a tire with 3k miles was rounding Disabled veteran and told oh we would love to work with you and then insulted once there in person complete was of time. Same as 99.9 percent of dealers Trying to make as much off you as possible.

Disappointed with management

On November 9 2022, I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Cherokee at the KIA dealership on 100 Sons Dr. McDonough GA. Owilkey did an superb job in answering all my questions and concerns about this vehicle. She is very knowledgeable, passion and looks out for the customers best interests. I highly recommend tasking her to train all new salespersons on the proper way to help customers selected vehicle. However, the manager or supervisor doesn’t care about customer concern once the car leave the parking lot. The next day, I started my car and noticed my license plate light is out. I took a picture and emailed the manager about this issue. It now December 2, 2022 no email, phone call or replacing the license plate light bulb. To all future call buyers, your concerns will not be addressed at this dealership.

Horrible service

a minute ago NEW HORRIBLE SERVICE! I bought a new car here and their service department is horrendous! Extremely rude staff. None of the staff want to help you and push you off the the next employee. When you enter the service department no one greets you because no one wants to help you! They ignore you and are so extremely rude! I cannot believe this type of behavior is even allowed by management!
