a minute ago NEW HORRIBLE SERVICE! I bought a new car here and their service department is horrendous! Extremely rude staff. None of the staff want to help you and push you off the the next employee. When you enter the service department no one greets you because no one wants to help you! They ignore you and are so extremely rude! I cannot believe this type of behavior is even allowed by management!

11,000 over MSRP
Be very careful with pricing at Sons Kia Went today and they tried to charge 11,000 over MSRP. The sales associate was amazing and I really felt for him because he knew the manager was being shady. Purchased elsewhere, hated not to buy local

My service was good. The service rep got me checked in without any issues and when I was done it was the same. Keep up the good work.

Everyone treated me with utmost respect and PATIENCE. So thankful for manager, Mr Hines and Miss Nicky and to finance gentleman; WOW they stayed 2 HOURS AFTER CLOSING.. Exceptional after being CARVANA disappointed, they treated me right. Kudos - Sa'ul from Atlanta. I said it and will step back in it.

Customer service stinks
The only good thing I can say is I got a car at a good price. The customer service was terrible. There was one thing that needed attention and the sales manager said if he had to do that he'd(Sug) cancel the deal. They didn't service the car like they said and never followed up with us.

Every time I've taken my car to get scheduled maintenance or need to have my car repaired. Son's Kia of McDonough is the place to go. Christian handles my car and he's very professional , he communicates in a timely manner in details what's happening with your car, and he gives you feedback . Yesterday, while having my car service . I met the newest member of the team (Ebony). She kept me informed on my car , very professional, and excel in her customer service..... Son's Kia of McDonough keep up the good work.
