Very clean dealership. Service staff were very helpful and courteous. Was in early and out quickly after my appointment time. Very nice waiting area. Wish I could have purchased from them, but they did not have the vehicle I wanted at time of purchase 😥😥

I have always avoided dealerships and contacted many to look for a car after a recent accident. The ladies here at Rairdon's were awesome. They were professional, efficient, great to speak, and demonstrated excellent customer service. I never second guessed my decision and made the experience a positive one. They also cheer you on with each sale, which was a fun touch.

First, we had two salesmen...both at the same time. They we're working with multiple customers (which is fine), but several important items on my wife and I's deal were incorrect. Second, THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT! Have your own financing in order if you shop here! They will mess it up.

Recently purchased my second new vehicle from Rairdon Honda of Sumner. This is also the second Honda that I have ever owned. I am ultimately pleased with the staff overall, in all departments, and with my sales person (Jamie, she's awesome) I have used for all of my purchases to date. They've perfected the process and made car buying easier and faster than any past experience I can compare to. They really act like a TEAM to get you through from beginning to end. All questions are answered and all appointments made at my convenience. It's very easy to recommend them (all)!!
