We bought a used 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Fidel

We bought a used 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Fidel Cuevas-Valencia. He was awesome, wasn't pushy, was knowleable, patient, helpful and kind. It was a fast transaction for trading in a car and buying another. Everyone there was positive and nice (including Ernesto Cuevas) but Fidel went above and beyond. We will definitely recommend this dealership and send people to Fidel.

They were great.

They were great. Haven’t bought anything yet, still waiting for my vehicle to sell. Probably should have waited to inquire about the vehicle.

Rairdon Honda is perhaps the most dishonest car

Rairdon Honda is perhaps the most dishonest car dealership one could experience. The salesperson told us outright features were on the car, that were not, which we discovered when we got home. Then the financial manager gave us a quote to have those items installed and two days later another manager saying he wouldn’t honor it. BUYER BEWARE! I will never step foot in another Rairdon dealership. UPDATE: Another one of the managers called my husband, after I wrote this review, and offered to take $400 off the cost of the missing items, still not even close to what was offered us by the financial manager that she refused to honor. She then asked if that would encourage us to remove this poor review. That must be how they keep their reviews up. Skip the honesty and quality, just throw out a few $. We have not received the $400 so the review stays. MORE: My husband believed the service department was a separate department, so chose to have the missing items installed on the car at Rairdon. When he got home we noticed they missed a few little cosmetic plugs on the installation of the Visor shields. Perhaps they ran out and thought we wouldn’t notice, or perhaps they just forgot them, either way, shoddy workmanship. I reiterate, DO NOT GO THERE. There is another Honda dealer a few miles away. Buyer beware when you deal with the Rairdon Auto Group. I will now use every opportunity to let others know of our experiences with them through honest reviews of this company. Perhaps then they will get the message that they can’t practice deceit, ignore letters and phone calls, then try to sway reviews through a few dollars. I have full documentation of every letter, every call, every off, and Hope they do to. And in response to Rairdon's comment on this review.....I HAVE written two letters to you asking for answers and NO ONE has responded to me.

This place is a complete joke!

This place is a complete joke! The service we received on our 2018 Honda Accord was absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Ended up paying $6,300+ for a repair that could have been prevented and probably a lot less money to fix if the Incompetent Service Associate would have done his job in the first place with a scheduled oil change and recall, but he’s no longer there and good riddance! Dealt with him at another dealership with similar outcome. What I was quoted for the repair + tax was not the final bill. Shocker it was more! Added service fees here and sublet costs here, but when I questioned the bill my character and integrity was called into question. They don’t disagree that they should have had some ownership, but hey - how about a $250 in store credit the next time you come in! What a slap in the face, almost as good as we saved you $10 on the entire bill! And whats most ironic - we were told we are not welcome to this dealership - but hey here’s an in-store credit. Stay far away from this place! Been expecting a call from their boss Bryan Kelley - who has yet to call. It all starts with Leadership, not surprised this unprofessional service staff acts and behaves the way the do! Will NEVER do business with Honda of Sumner ever again! RIPPED OFF!! Here is the band of Service Misfits…. it takes a village for this xxxx show to operate! Incompetent Service Associate that no longer works there! Took my 2024 HRV in for first oil change and differential

Took my 2024 HRV in for first oil change and differential fluid change per manual directive. We paid for the service and they gave us an invoice. But nothing says they did the service. They were supposed to put it on the Honda Service Record to show I have complied with vehicle warranty. They didn't. I called Honda of America. The dealership told them they couldn't because it was an out of pocket expense. Of course it was it was maintenance. We found this out after going to another dealership. So they sold us a new car and then voided not only the factory warranty, but also the extended warranty that we bought, by not performing a service that we paid for and they told us they did.

I wanted to give a shout out to Adam Aride, the service

I wanted to give a shout out to Adam Aride, the service advisor, and Mike Riggins, in the service department. They both were very helpful from start to finish , when I brought my car in for repair. They were outstanding!

Sales guys were nice.

Sales guys were nice. Sale manager, Michael... He was nice but "slick". Tried to buy a $10k car, handed me a $20k invoice... Thousands of dollars in optional items - on a $10k car?!? Told him I didn't want them. He removed everything except Lojack, told him I didn't want lojack so he adjusted the estimated license fee (which is the stupidest thing since I'd get that back anyways) and left lojack on the invoice... I just left after that. Michael don't be stupid.

Wiper sprayer not working.

Wiper sprayer not working. My 83 mom took her car in to Sumner Honda and was told she needed a full diagnostic...are you kidding me? You can stand next to the car and see they don't work. No diagnostic test is going to tell you anything about a plugged line. Needless to say she paid $230 for nothing and received a list worth $2500 of things she needed to fix. Like heck! I will replace air filters, battery and tires myself. She JUST had an oil change 3 months ago and all of this should have been checked. Way to take advantage of an old woman. Thankfully she knows to check with me before she trusts a dealer. Next time I will bring it in and likely to a DIFFERENT DEALER!
