After purchasing my 2020 Lamborghini Urus from John a.k.a. stretch he made sure to follow up with me and my wife. The overall experience in was amazing if I could give this place 10 stars I would . The moment I walked into the door I knew I was dealing with a professional car dealership !!! A plus all the way !!!!

Tesla 90D
I fell in love with LAC! The whole process was so easy and stress free. They gave me top dollar my trade and helped me get financed. Big John knew everything about the Tesla which made me feel comfortable with the purchase. I will be buying all my cars from them in the future.

What a disaster, LIES, LIES, LIES!!!
I'm not quite sure how this so called "dealership" stays in business. Never ended up buying the auto because no one could give a clear answer as to where the truck was or when it would be available despite being avail. on websites. Unbelievably AWLFUL experience!!!

Mislead, Un-reliable, does not deliver
First, It was a hassle to get anyone to speak to me and help. My first impression was that is this a dealer and do they want to sell vehicles. after 3 days someone finally called back . I drove in from Tucson to purchase and look at a vehicle they said would be there. When we arrived, there's was no vehicle. I was informed the owner took it out of town to tow something. The second story was that it was in the shop for camera repair. The third story was that there was a bunch of check engine lights. Unbelievable, xxxxty service.

Best service ever
My experience with luxury auto collection has been one of pure professionalism. They have even gone as far as to replace a wheel that was oblong probably because of a pothole, but they, like the professionals they are agreed to replace the wheel and I am truly grateful. If your looking for a high performance vehicle choose luxury auto collection, you won’t be disappointed.

I wrote the owner saying I wasn't going to write a review, but "wise men change their minds, fools never do", so I change my mind because I believe others should know before they purchase a vehicle from Luxury Auto Collections that you may not get what you paid for. A 2012 Mercedes SLS, purchased and delivered taking the word of the salesman that this was a great car. When it was delivered by enclosed transportation, the vehicle looked ok, but when I got it home it was a mess. Rubbing my hand over the car it felt like sandpaper. Three hours of claying and washing the car removed the rough ness. the Seats felt like they had been in the desert for some time. Another three hours going over the leather in the interior with cleaner and conditioner. Then I started to notice various things. The passenger door struts were worn out, the glove box light was missing, the left front speaker cover was MISSING, the front tow bolt grill cover missing along with the tow hook. I emailed the owner and he wrote back saying "they dropped the ball" and that they would send those parts, which they did except for the tow hook. Then I noticed a day later that the ash tray was missing, the cover for the electrical socket in the glove box was missing, the storage net on the passenger side with the brackets were missing and the wrong wheel bolts were used in one of the wheels. I have replaced them all to the tune of over a thousand dollars. The salesman said that shipping was delayed for the window washer fluid holder was leaking and being replaced, it is still leaking and will have to be replaced again. Roughly, a thousand dollar job at the MB dealer. This last week we got it up on a lift at the local MB dealer and found the two of the crossmember support brackets were bent, obviously the vehicle ran over something big. Those two items run $400.00. Now, I have kept track of the manhours and after 200 manhours the vehicle is in decent shape. I told the salesman about the ashtray and a couple other items and he could care less. I finally, wrote the owner, gave him a week to respond and nothing. I will admit that it is my fault to not have inspected or hired someone to inspect the car prior to purchase, however I have purchased several cars in the past and never had a problem. This time was different. I cannot recommend this dealership or would I ever buy another vehicle from them. I will say that the owner offered to buy the car back after my email and at that time I had repaired or fixed several items and had numerous manhours in the car. I should of let them have it back. So, all I can say is beware of buying from this dealership and make sure if you do buy from them that you have the vehicle inspected by an authorized dealer.

Patrick, As you mentioned ever time you reached out to our owner he responded with even offering to buy the car back even after you already requested a settlement that we handled as requested. Not sure what else you can ask of a dealership that is selling a used vehicle we obviously try our best as you stated and when we make a mistake we make it right. This review seems a little rough for a store that offered to buy the vehicle back and was been here at every step of your purchase process trying to make you happy. Hopefully in the future we can earn your business in the future again!
After reading your response, I would rate your company a zero. I have no idea what you are talking about as to "a settlement". I hope that others that buy a $140,000.00 vehicle are not surprised when they open the glove box and the light fixture is totally missing or they look at the drivers side foot panel and see that the speaker grill is totally missing! The ash tray was missing, the tow hook grill piece missing, the tow hook missing, the vehicle delivered without being detailed inside and out. The vehicle was a complete mess and has taken hours to restore. Your right, I should of taking the owner up on the offer to buy it back and then sued him in court and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General's office. I would have sold it back if I was reimbursed for the 6.25 percent sales tax that I had already paid. If you want you can still buy it back for the sale price and the sales tax and then I will be glad to remove the review. Your customers need to know what they are dealing with when contemplating a purchase. You will never earn my business in the future because you have to show that your company earned it.
Patrick, I think your statement sums your treatment of other up, "Your right, I should of taking the owner up on the offer to buy it back and then sued him in court and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General's office." The "settlement" or "reimbursement" was the first time you brought these items to our attention and came to the agreement that we would pay to have those issues resolved as you noted and in doing so you agreed the items were settled and there would be none of this online "Keyboard Vigilante" non-sense. Being a company of our word we did so, but did you? The interior being detailed and such was completed prior to shipping. Once it leaves our hands the car is obviously open for anyone who moves the vehicle to get dirt in it. Obviously the light was our bad and we fixed it but did you ever stop to think maybe the transporter kicked the speaker cover off? No, but it is ok we handled that too. Then you have had the car months and are trying to say we were miss-leading you about some brace being bent? Maybe you bent it? But all of that is water under the bridge, you have shown your true colors in all of these correspondents and pointed out that your word means nothing everything is everyone else's fault. 🤦♂️ Maybe next time take the time you spent "restoring" the car and come see it, we are all human and make mistakes and that is why we offered to make it right. Sorry we will not earn your business again by doing everything we said we would do and you not holding up your side. I imagine other will see this and if they feel their word is no good and agreement between two people means nothing I guess we won't earn their business either and we are ok with that. We wish the very best!
Let's face it boys; you guys dropped the ball and unloaded a vehicle without taking the time to go over it or detail the car. It was your company and your employees that let a vehicle be shipped without taking the time to go over it. Your company provides an inferior product in the name of $$. That's ok. I just hope someone else does read this and has second thoughts before making a purchase at your Luxury Auto store. I know that it is right to do the right thing and that this Dealer Rater site is to let people know about their experience and the people that they are dealing with. Money is not the issue here, it is who can you TRUST. I wish you the very best.
Unprofessional Staff
Very rude and unprofessional staff. I made an offer and the staff came back with a very snarky and rude response since my offer was much lower then the asking price. Customer service is not their strong suit.

Very satisfied
I was looking for a new Porsche to add to my collection, and they had just the one I was looking for. Flew in from FL to check it out, received unparalleled service from Stretch throughout the whole process. Great customer service and very personable. 10/10 recommend, will probably come back when I’m looking for my next one.
