I purchased a certified pre owned Nissan Rogue SL that I

I purchased a certified pre owned Nissan Rogue SL that I saw on their website. It was a very good price and Mike Sui was the internet sales agent and texted/talked with me over a couple of days while I decided if it was worth the 90 min drive up from Tyler. Happy to report that it was! Mike is super friendly as are the rest of the staff. The car was as advertised and the process easy to purchase. Excellent trade in value and didn?t resort to deceptive or high pressure sales tactics. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the docs which they admitted took way too long because they were busy AND short staffed. All said I am very happy with them.

Service advisor Roy, was great.

Service advisor Roy, was great. Got my vehicle taken care of quickly, kept me in the loop the whole time waiting and returned the vehicle washed and vacuumed.

They're pretty good but sometimes I think they go a little overboard on stuff that needs to be done. Of course I'm saying that because I can do a lot of the stuff on my own. Others do probably need all they recommend

Easy to book appointment. Met with friendly rep at service area when arrived. Work done promptly and was kept advised via text on progress. Paper and e-copies if receipts and service record were great plus. Wish they would post a sign so I can pay in cash as credit card fee is charged now.
