Everyone who serviced my car was easy to work with. Had to reschedule, no problem.stayr Inspection took about a half hour and I got to enjoy a waiting room w tv, snacks and restrooms. Clean, quick, friendly and affordable.

I was looking to trade in my Ford Mustang GT for a Ford MachE GT. I called and visited several dealers, all wanted a large additional fee above MSRP. I just don't believe in paying more for something then its price. I started calling all the dealers in my area and found Schultz Ford. I spoke to Nick and he said they had a canceled order that I could buy with no added fees. Well I did take a little while to build but that's not their fault, but I picked up a brand new MachE GT performance edition last Thursday, and the purchase was effortless. Everything was as agreed several months ago, I don't think it took more than half an hour to sign all the paperwork and own the car. I think I spent more time in the parking lot checking it out than I did on the sales transaction. I have to say this was one of the smoothest and best purchases of a car I've ever had. I can't recommend them enough, and when the opportunity arises they're the first ones on my list next time. I met with some dishonest dealers, who outright lied to me on the phone to get me down to see a car that they (City Wide Ford) then added $10,000 to the price after I got there. Based on my experience, I have to say this dealership is the complete opposite. They are very honest with me, they took care of my car, and they gave me good value on my trade-ins. I could not have asked for anything more. I even got a call that the car had come in with some damage to a window and some trim, and rather than have me come down there and make the purchase with it like that, they asked for time to fix it. When I picked it up it was perfect. I really couldn't ask for anymore. Thank you Nick and Schultz Ford, You're amazing!

Very professional, Mat scheduled my appointment and took care of me and my vehicle on the appointment day. I purchased my new F350 Diesel and have had it serviced at Haverstraw, however I am disappointed that Shultz no longer has a diesel Technion at Haverstraw, so I now have to take my Vehicle to Shultz at Nanuet.

Service was good, but I thought they sold me a hose my vehicle did not need. They stated my transmission hose to my radiator was leaking, when I knew for a fact that it was not when I brought it in. Either it was damaged when they removed it, or it wasn't really necessary...
