Schultz Ford West Haverstraw, NY

Nick from Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw, NY is truly amazing! He helped us with the 2019 Ford Escape lease and again with our new 2022 Ford Escape. I really love my new vehicle. He took the time with me through every step of the way. From building my new Escape, updates on the status of the car to delivery notifications. Especially on the day that I picked up my new Escape. The day I picked up my new car, the paperwork was quick and easy. Also a shout out to Tyler at Ford was great with everything as well. The day that I picked up my car, Nick sat with me for about an hour to make sure that I was comfortable with the changes. I also had occasion to call and stop by for further instruction on the car. Nick always made me feel important and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw, NY to anyone. Like I said, they go over and beyond to help! ?

F350 Owner

Very professional, Mat scheduled my appointment and took care of me and my vehicle on the appointment day. I purchased my new F350 Diesel and have had it serviced at Haverstraw, however I am disappointed that Shultz no longer has a diesel Technion at Haverstraw, so I now have to take my Vehicle to Shultz at Nanuet.

Service was good, but I thought they sold me a hose my vehicle did not need. They stated my transmission hose to my radiator was leaking, when I knew for a fact that it was not when I brought it in. Either it was damaged when they removed it, or it wasn't really necessary...
