I just want to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from Miguel Villegas. I’ve been having my vehicle serviced at CardinaleWay for 4 years and he’s by far the best advisor I’ve worked with. I had set my appointment online and was given a different price quote versus what the price was in person. It wasn’t just that he honored that price, but how he handled the issue quickly without any back and forth and very professionally. He took time to look at any pricing that was associated with my vehicle and deftly handled this issue.

It was a good experience, okay, the service advisor Miguel, I had fun talking to him actually, so that was cool, he was trying to get me to buy more services that I know I don't need, but he wasn't pushy about it so that was great

They said car wash is included but is not done,beforehand they should notify me first if they can’t do it.I am surprised I paid debit card it went thru to your machine without asking my PIN number.Thanks.

Jason went above and beyond to help my family out.
Jason went above and beyond to help my family out. This was the only dealership that got me even close to the deal I was looking for. Everyone else said it couldn’t be done. Not Jason, Jason pushed hard and fought to get me what my family was looking for. He worked long and hard with us for a full 2 weeks to ensure we got the car we wanted at the price we were comfortable paying. When all was done, he even drove the car 3 hours to drop it off at my home!! 10/10 I would highly recommend not only this dealership for working very hard with Mazda finance to get me a great deal, but Jason for going above and beyond!
